STAY ON GUARD

“The price of freedom is Eternal Vigilance”. This is also true in the spirit world. Thank God he never slumbers or sleeps. “Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil ,as a roaring lion walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:” ( 1 Peter 5:8). Remember we are in a spiritual war against the devil and his demons. The devil is always on the prowl like a lion. He is a lot smarter than you and me. He has been around over 6,000 years, but he is not smarter than Jesus, and he flees at the name of Jesus Christ, and the Word of God. Jesus fought the devil with the Word. “Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armor of God,that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness: And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; Above all, taking the shield of faith wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints:“( Ephesians 6:10-:18). All it takes is one unguarded moment for the enemy to get in. One arrow in Achilles heel and you’re down. “For the word of God is quick and powerful, and sharper than any two edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. “( Hebrews 4:12). So keep your sword sharp and ready for an attack at any moment. You can do this by staying in the Word. Be careful who you hang around with, and chose your friends wisely. “Can a man take fire into his bosom, and his clothes not be burned?” (Proverbs 6: 27). Why hang around people who are harboring bad spirits? “Who is my mother? and who are my brethren? And he stretched forth his hand toward his disciples, and said, Behold my mother and my brethren! For whosoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven the same is my brother, and my sister and mother.” ( Matthew 12:48-50). Pray against bad spirits and rebuke them in the name of Jesus ! What you eat has a great effect on you just like what you listen to has a great spiritual effect on you. If you think that you can sit around and listen to ungodly music, and not be effected by it, you are greatly mistaken.“Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;” ( II Corinthians 10:5). “ But avoid foolish questions, and genealogies, and contentions, and strivings about the law; for they are unprofitable and vain. A man that is an heretic after the first and second admonition reject; Knowing that he that is such is subverted, and sinneth, being condemned of himself.”(Titus 3:9-11).  We need to continually stay in the Word and memorize and review, and literally brainwash our selves by the Word, like Jesus said, “ Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you.” (John 15: 3). We need a big strong sharp sword of the Word to fight the enemy, not just a little dull butter knife. Ask the Lord for spiritual eyes and discernment and wisdom and it shall be given you. No victory without a battle, no triumph without a trial, no testimony without a test.

We need to always say “LORD WILLING” before we make a commitment to anybody about doing anything. It is so important to pray and seek the Lord, and get his direction, and Godly counsel, especially about major decisions. Carefully, and prayerfully, read the class on ” How to Find God’s Will” in this web site. It wouldn’t hurt you to read it often.Don’t be afraid to tell people “I am still praying about it”. Remember God is hardly ever in a hurry unless he is angry. It took him six days to finish his creation. He could have done it in one second. I make some of my biggest mistakes when I am in a hurry. Sin is missing the mark.The word sin comes from and old English archery term, which was used when people missed the bulls eye on the target. You have to take time when you are aiming at a target and carefully let loose the arrow, for an accurate hit. It is the same if you are using a gun to hit a target. You need to slowly squeeze the trigger for accuracy, and don’t jerk, or you will miss the mark, and that’s a sin, because sin means missing the mark.” Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.“ ( Philippians 3:13,14). We had better make sure that an idea is God’s highest will before we jump into it, or we can miss the mark for the prize of God’s high calling in Christ Jesus !” Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away. For that ye ought to say, If the Lord will, we shall live, and do this, or that.” ( James 4:14,15). Life is too short for us to be making these serious blunders and time wasting mistakes, because of a lack of prayer and counsel and hearing from the Lord. Another thing to remember is, don’t go around telling everybody ” God Bless You”, unless you know for sure that the person that you are asking God to bless is living Godly. Other wise you are asking God to bless someone who may not be living a Godly life, and that makes you a partaker of their evil deeds. You could say ” May God Bless You”.” If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God Speed: For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds.” ( II John 1: 10,11)

BE SPECIFIC WITH GOD

One day a man was praying and asking the Lord to provide a vehicle so he could get around. He prayed and said, Lord please give me a car, just any old car will do, and that is exactly what he got an old clunker just barely driveable. We need to be specific in our prayers and get down to detail with God. Just like a Father loves to give gifts, and reward his children, so does our Heavenly Father the same, and even more so.“If ye then,being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in Heaven give good things to them that ask him.”(Matthew 7:11 ).There are some conditions though, first you must ask in the name of Jesus. “And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.” ( John 14:13). Second we must ask in faith.“But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.” ( Hebrews 11:6). So if you want to have your prayers answered and get past the ceiling, just have faith and ask in the name of Jesus.“But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord. A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.” ( James 1: 6-8). We need to be like the little girl who went to a prayer meeting for rain during a great drought, and she took her umbrella, and wore her rain jacket and golashes. The Lord wants us to have strong faith, and not be wishy washy, like a straw blown in the wind. Amen?

                                   You Can’t loose your Salvation:

  1. Hebrews 13: 5,8 “Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I WILL NEVER LEAVE THEE, NOR FORSAKE THEE.” Never means never!
  2. John 10:27-30 “My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father’s hand.” Not even you can take yourself out of God’s hands, and you shall never perish!
  3. Hebrews 6: 4-6 “For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost, And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come, If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God a fresh, and put him to an open shame.” You can’t get saved again, it’s like crucifying Jesus Christ again. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get saved again once you’ve been saved, because you can’t loose your salvation in the first place!
  4. Psalm 103:12 “As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us.” The East and West never meet! That is how far the Lord took our sins away!
  5. Psalm 89:30-34  “If his children forsake my law, and walk not in my judgments; If they break my statues, and keep not my commandments; Then will I visit their transgression with a rod, and their iniquity with stripes. Nevertheless my loving kindness will I not utterly take from him, nor suffer my faithfulness to fail. My covenant will I not break, nor alter the thing that has gone out of my lips.” Even if you forsake God and His Word,he will not break his covenant, but look out, because he will spank his children to try and correct them and get them on the right path.
  6. Ecclesiastes 3:14a “I know that, whatsoever God doeth, it shall be for ever: nothing can be put to it, nor and thing taken from it: ” God saved you , not you yourself, and it is forever!
  7. Jeremiah 3:14a “Turn,O backsliding children, saith the Lord; for I am married unto you:” God is married to the backslider.
  8. I John 3:9 “Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.” In this verse  where it says “his seed remaineth in him,” The seed is the WORD (Luke 8:11b) and Jesus is the WORD.“And the WORD was made flesh, and dwelt among us,(and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.” (John 1:14). Since Jesus remains in you once you have been saved, and he can not sin and doesn’t sin, then this truth is what this verse is talking about. Our own spirits will still sin, and fall short of the glory of God, but Jesus in us can not sin and doesn’t sin. I hope this explanation will help you better understand this verse. Many people get confused over this verse, and whole false doctrines have started over this verse. Many have even used this one verse to say that they don’t sin anymore once they have been saved.“If I justify myself, my own mouth shall condemn me. If I say I am perfect it will also prove me perverse.”( Job 9:20).“If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.” ( l John 1:8) If you ever have a hard time understanding a verse, just seek the Lord in prayer, and the Holy Spirit will lead you unto all truth.You can’t make a whole doctrine out of just one or two verses. You need to take all the verses to get a good and complete understanding of a subject. “Study to show thyself approved unto God, a work man that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the WORD of truth.” ( ll Timothy 2:15). When you accept Jesus all your sins are washed away by his blood ,PAST, PRESENT, and FUTURE.( I John 1:7b) “the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.” But you will still have to answer for any sins, which you have committed after you have been saved that you didn’t confess to the Lord and ask him to forgive you. “I acknowledge my sin unto thee, and mine iniquity have I not hid. I said, I will confess my transgressions unto the Lord; and thou forgavest the inquity of my sin. Selah.”(Psalms 32:5). This is why we need to have communion often, to get a clean heart with the Lord.“Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy Holy Spirit from me. Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit.” ( Psalms 51:10-12).  When God looks upon you he sees the blood of his son Jesus ( If your saved) and not your sins, but if you don’t get right with the Lord and others that you need to get right with, then these sins you will have to give account for.“For we must all appear before the judgement seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.”( ll Corinthians 5:10).This is not talking about the Great white throne judgement, when all the unsaved are resurrected at the end of the 1,000 year reign of Christ after the Rapture, and stand before God. ( See our class on Revelations Chapter 20), but this Judgement Seat of Christ is referring to the saved when we die,and, or when we are resurrected.
  9. Hebrews 12:5-6 “And ye have forgotten the exhortation which speaketh unto you as unto children, MY SON, DESPISE NOT THOU THE CHASTENING OF THE LORD, OR FAINT WHEN THOU ART REBUKED OF HIM; FOR WHOM THE LORD LOVETH HE CHASTENETH, AND SCOURGETH EVERY SON WHOM HE RECEIVETH.”The Lord will chasten and correct his children, but, their still his children once they are saved.
  10. I Corinthians 3:14,15 “If any man’s work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward. If any man’s work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire.”You Can loose your rewards by backsliding, but not your salvation.
  11. Philippians 1:6 “Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:” It is Jesus that keeps us saved and not our selves.
  12. Ephesians 4:30 “And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.” You can grieve the Holy Spirit by backsliding, but you still are going to be saved and go to heaven. You can’t loose your salvation! It is like a relationship between a parent and a child. When a child is doing wrong and goes astray, the parent grieves, but is still the parent of the child forever.” Like as a father pitieth his children, so the Lord pitieth them that fear him.” (Psalm 103:13).
  13. Romans 8:38,39 “For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Nothing can separate us from the Lord once we are saved.”
  14. Daniel 12:2,3 “And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt. And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever.”Your Salvation is a free gift, but you have to work for your rewards in Heaven. Those that don’t live for Jesus after being saved will be ashamed when they see him and realize the blessings they missed out on. So don’t just use Jesus as a fire escape as many do.
  15. Hebrews 10:26,27 “For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.” There is no more sacrifice for sin, because once your saved your always saved you can’t be saved again! Even if you sin wilfully there is still no more sacrifice for sin, because you can only be saved once, and it is forever!
  16. I Corinthians 5:5 “To deliver such an one unto Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus.” This verse shows how a persons spirit will be saved even if Satan is allowed to destroy their body, because of sin.
  17. Psalm 130:3 “If thou, Lord, shouldest mark iniquities, O Lord, who shall stand?” 
  18. Philippians 2:12b “work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.” This verse does not mean to work for your salvation.It does mean that we had better get our eternal salvation figured out by the scriptures for our own peace of mind,with fear and trembling because it is so serious.It is clearly brought out in the next verse that this verse does not mean that we are to work for our salvation.“For it is God which worketh in you both to will and do of his good pleasure.” (Philippians 2:13). It is God that does the work in you for salvation, not you yourself ! “For by grace are you saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.”  (Ephesians 2: 8,9).
  19. Titus 3:5 “Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost;”

REAL FATHERS

This Fathers Day, we need to first of all remember our Heavenly Father, and give him honor and praise for all that he has done for us. He created Jesus Christ first of all, and then the Holy Spirit, Revelation 3:14,and then he created all of the world, and Adam and Eve in six days.God said, “Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee,and I ordained thee” (Jeremiah 1:5a). “CHILDREN,  obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right. HONOUR THY FATHER AND MOTHER; which is the first commandment with promise; THAT IT MAY BE WELL WITH THEE, AND THOU MAYEST LIVE LONG ON THE EARTH.”  (Ephesians 6: 1-3). Isn’t it amazing how God puts feelings of love and concern for our children in us? “Like as a father pitieth his children, so the Lord pitieth them that fear him.”(Psalm 103:13).There are so many lessons we can learn about God from being a father. “And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.” (Malachai 4:6). Being a father is one of the most important jobs a person can have. You have been intrusted by the Lord to raise up your children in the ways of the Lord, and their future is literally in your hands. It is an awesome responsibility. “I have no greater joy than to know that my children walk in truth.” (III John 1:4).God told Moses, “What is that in thy hand?” Your children are in your hands, and they will turn out, and grow up to be what you have trained them. “So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.” (Isaiah 55:11 ). Time spent with your children teaching them the Word of God is never wasted ! “Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.”(Proverbs 22:6) “Hearken unto thy father that begat thee, and despise not thy mother when she is old. The father of the righteous shall greatly rejoice: and he that begetteth a wise child shall have joy of him.”(Proverbs 23:22,24). In the eyes of God, real fathers are not always the ones that physically begat a child, but real fathers are the ones that rise children to know the Lord, and his ways.So be a faithful father, full of faith, and you will surely hear the Lord say to you “Well done, thou good and faithful servant. Enter thou into the joy of thy Lord.”(Matthew 25: 21). If your father has gone on to be with the Lord, you can ask the Lord to send him your love and a special hug from you, because you will see him again. And you can honor him by remembering him, and all the good things and times. “ Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise think on these things.”(Philippians 4:8). Remember to love and honour your father while you can, and fathers remember to love your Heavenly Father and your children while you can. I am the way the truth and the life, no man cometh unto the Father but by me.”(John 14:6),

THE NAME OF JESUS ( Video & Text)

Some people ask “Why can’t you leave JESUS out of it? ” ‘Why do you have to use his name?” “Why cant’ you just say God,and speak of God’s love and do it in God’s name?” Well these are God’s conditions and not ours. JESUS is the only one you can approach God through. He is our intercessor, our High Priest.“For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;“ (1Timothy 2:5). JESUS is the only one who ever died for our sins and rose from the dead, and can give you power to overcome death at the rapture. JESUS is the Only Begotten Son of God. Born of a virgin.The Bible says,“Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men ,where by we must be saved.” (Acts 4:12). “JESUS saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” (John 14:6).”And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.” (John 14:13). We are to pray in his name, cast out devils in his name, heal in his name, preach in his name. Without the name of JESUS CHRIST there is no power. Everything we have is in JESUS name. “Whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he will give it you.” (John I6:23b). Expect miracles, and in the name of JESUS you will have them! “And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.” (Matthew 1:21). Look how much emphasis the early disciples in the book of Acts put on the name of JESUS ! That’s all they preached and talked about, JESUS ! And that’s the name they did all those miracles in, JESUS ! And that’s the name they won so much of the world in, JESUS ! And that’s the name we will win the world in too, JESUS ! It’s JESUS that counts.  “JESUS CHRIST the same yesterday, and today, and forever.” (Hebrews 13:8). JESUS is the most important name in all of creation! Without the name of JESUS you can’t get into heaven or out of hell ! There is something about that name. It is the most soothing, comforting, and peaceful name that I have ever heard. JESUS is the sweetest name I know, and he is just the same as his precious name.The devil and his demons hate the name of JESUS and flee from it. “That at the name of JESUS every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that JESUS CHRIST is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.” (Philippians 2:10,11). “And JESUS came and spake unto them, saying, all power is given unto me in heaven and earth.” (Matthew 28:18). The Power of the name of JESUS is more power than all of man’s atomic and nuclear bombs put together, and the power of the sun, and all the power of all creation put together. “But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name.” (John 1:12).“And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.” (Revelation 19:13). JESUS is the Word of God. “And the Word was made flesh and dwelt among us,(and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.” (John 1:14). “for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.” (Psalms 138:2b).“And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.” (Revelation 19:16). “Then Peter said, Sliver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of JESUS CHRIST of Nazareth rise up and walk.” (Acts 3:6).  “AND IT SHALL COME TO PASS, THAT WHOSOEVER SHALL CALL ON THE NAME OF THE LORD SHALL BE SAVED.” (Acts 2:21).You can accomplish things in his name! Are you using the power he has given you through his name?

ONLY ONE WAY TO HEAVEN ! ! !

Someone asked; why do you have to always use the name of Jesus? Aren’t Buddha, and Hindu, and Mohammed, and all these other religions all trying to reach the same God? Well they are trying to reach their version of Heaven, but true Christianity teaches us that God is reaching out to man through his Only Begotten Son Jesus Christ, and not man through his good works trying to attain God and Heaven. The Bible teaches us “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.”( Ephesians 2:8,9). In fact Jesus himself said “I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.”(John 14:6).These are God’s terms and conditions. “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”(John 3:16).The fact is, that you could never be good enough to go to Heaven. “Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost;” (Titus 3:5). “But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousness are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away.” (Isaiah 64:6). “All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned everyone to his own way; and the Lord hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.” (Isaiah 53:6). “The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it? I the Lord search the heart, I try the reins,
even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings.”  (Jeremiah 17:9-10). “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;” (Romans 3:23). Jesus said; If I had not come and spoken unto them, they had not had sin: but now they have no cloak for their sin.” (John 15:22). In other words if someone hasn’t heard about Jesus and what he did for them, then they are not accountable. That is why Jesus gave us the great commission to go into all the world and preach the Gospel, THE GOOD NEWS to everyone. (Mark 16:15). That is why we teach and preach and live in the Name of Jesus Christ! “Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under Heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. “(Acts 4:12). “The blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin. “(I John 1:7b). Only through faith in Jesus Christ and his shed blood for you to take away your sins; can you go to Heaven, by God’s Grace. GRACE is a Gift Received At Christ’s Expense. You can never be to bad for Jesus to save you, only to good, by thinking that you could save yourself by your own good works, and that you don’t need Jesus.

GOD’S IDEA OF RICHES !

“But my God shall supply all your needs according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.”(Philippians 4:19).“THE earth is the LORD’S,and the fulness therof; the world and they that dwell therein.”(Psalm 24:1).Our Heavenly Father is so powerful and rich that the Heavenly city that he made for us to live in where he also lives, has streets made of pure gold and huge diamonds, and jewels just laying around like rocks. So the treasures Jesus said to lay up for yourselves are obviously not talking about gold and silver and precious jewels,but they are something else.They are the precious souls you have won or helped to win for Jesus that will be in Heaven forever! There won’t be any rent to pay because everything is free.There won’t be any need to have a treasure chest of gold stashed away or bank accounts. “And they shall be mine, saith the Lord of hosts,in that day when I make up my jewels; and I  will spare them, as a man spareth his own son that serveth him.”(Malachi 3:17).He is no fool who gives what he can not keep to gain what he can not lose. Did you know that when you ask Jesus to come into your heart, you not only become a born again Christian person, but you also become an adopted person? That is right, you become an adopted son or daughter of God’s family, “But as many as received him to them gave He power to become the sons of God even to them that believe on his name.”(John 1:12).This means that you have a home in God’s Heavenly home and have a right to go into his great Heavenly City and live there with all the other saved brothers and sisters, and Jesus Christ our big brother and Saviour, and friend, and our King of Kings and Lord of Lord’s. God and the Holy Spirit, and Jesus, the only begotten Son of God, all live in, and rule from this Holy City made of Gold and Jewels and precious pearls and gems. You can read all about your future home in our classes on Revelation Chapters 21 and 22. Since you are destined to relocate there, wouldn’t you like to learn all about it, and help as many people as you can to get there? So don’t get so hung up in this world and all of its cares and worries. You have a wonderful future to look forward to, and it might be sooner than you think.

THE JOURNEY AND HOW FAR DOES GODS LOVE GO

The journey of my life has brought me here,

to this desolate place where I tremble with fear,

my own actions alone have brought me disgrace,

I turn to God and in shame hide my face.

I know that he’s forgiven and in return I should forget,

but the sins of my past I continue to regret,

I know as time passes the hurt will pass too.

With Gods grace and mercy I’ll have strenght to pull through !

                                            HOW FAR DOES GOD’S LOVE GO ?

How great is Gods love and mercy? It is greater than the tallest mountain, and deeper than the deepest ocean it goes farther than the farthest star.There is no end to Gods love, and mercy. “As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us.”(Psalm 103:12). Mans love and mercy only goes so far, but the Lord’s love and mercy has no boundaries. The speed of light is said to be 186,000 miles per second x 60 seconds in a minute is 11,160,000 miles x 60 minutes in an hour is 669,600,000 miles x 24 hours in a day is 16,070,400,000 miles X 365 days in a year is 5,865,696,000,000 miles X 6,232 years since creation up to 2014 is 3,655,501,747,200,000
miles.That is how far the farthest star is that we can see.This is not even counting how far away the stars are that we can’t see yet, but as time moves on, more stars will appear. This is how far Gods love goes it is never ending. Then there is another dimension past this one that never ends. Most important he sent his Son to die for us to show his ultimate love for us.

RIGHTLY DIVIDE THE WORD OF TRUTH Part 1

“AS newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby:” (I Peter 2:2 ). You can’t take a steak and give it to a baby. Babies have to start out with milk and gradually get into soft meat. It’s the same with the Word .There is milk, and then there is strong meat. Some people have known the Lord for many years, and have never grown much spiritually, because they only try to survive on a little teaspoon of spiritual food every week on Sunday morning. Sometimes we choose only what we want to try and live by in the scriptures. Instead of trying the whole smorgasbord. lt’s like going to a great Buffet and only trying a few things instead of trying some of everything. God help us to take the whole word and rightly divide it.“Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.”(II Timothy 2:15). You can’t just take one or two verses and make a doctrine out of them. You need to look at all the verses in the scriptures about a particular subject to get the full understanding and meaning. It’s like we are all being swept along by God’s great flood of his Spirit in these End Time Days, and some of us are clinging onto a rock here and there of our own pet doctrines and beliefs, instead of letting go and let God take control and go where the flood of his Spirit takes us. Jesus said, “I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now.” (John 16:12). Some of his disciples even told him “this is a hard saying; who can hear it?”(John 6:60 ). Jesus also said “And no man putteth new wine into old bottles: else the new wine doth burst the bottles, and the wine is spilled, and the bottles will be marred: but new wine must be put into new bottles.”(Mark 2:22).They used animal skins to hold Wine back in Jesus day, and sometimes the empty wine skins would dry out, and when new wine was poured into them they would crack and break. God help us not to be old bottles, but to stay moist with the water of the word, and make sure everything is backed up by scripture. Amen?
