It is really so important to always give the Lord the credit for all and every good thing that happens to us and through us. When we don’t give him the credit and glory and praise that is when we really loose the blessing and the Lord withdraws his anointing and help. “For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called: but God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty; and base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are: that no flesh should glory in his presence. But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption: that, according as it is written, He that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord.” (1 Corinthians 1:26-32). Look at Daniel the Prophet of whom Jesus spoke of and how greatly God used him to send us all these prophecies in the book of Daniel “When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)” (Matthew 24:15). “Then was the secret revealed unto Daniel in a night vision. Then Daniel blessed the God of heaven. Daniel answered and said,:

for thou hast now made known unto us the king’s matter. (Daniel 2:19-23).

“But as for me, this secret is not revealed to me for any wisdom that I have more than any living, but for their sakes that shall make known the interpretation to the king, and that thou mightest know the thoughts of thy heart.”(Daniel 2:30). So you see Daniel was very careful to not take any credit for himself and therefore the Lord was able to mightly use him, because he gave God all the Glory, and save his life and the lives of many others ! “By humility and the fear of the Lord are riches, and honour, and life.” (Proverbs 22:4). “that ye might learn in us not to think of men above that which is written, that no one of you be puffed up for one against another. For who maketh thee to differ from another? and what hast thou that thou didst not receive? now if thou didst receive it, why dost thou glory, as if thou hadst not received it?” (1 Corinthians 4:6b-7). Give credit to whom credit is due. The Lord can greatly use you if you are willing to give him all the credit and can even let someone else get the credit. All that really matters is that the job gets done. The Lord knows who is doing what, and will reward accordingly. “Once I thought I was, but then I really wasn’t.”

Titles sometimes come cheap and are easily changed, and are mere definitions of your usual job and area of responsibility and concern. It’s the guy that gets the job done that counts. “Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves. Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others. Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: but made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: and being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.” (Philippians 2:3-11). “For if a man think himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceiveth himself.”(Galatians 6:3). “only fear the Lord, and serve him in truth with all your heart: for consider how great things he hath done for you.”(1 Samuel 12:24). “For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.”(Isaiah 55:8-9). Always give God the credit and he will greatly use you and bless you. Don’t let the devil steal your crown and blessing. “His lord said unto him, Well done, good and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.”(Matthew 25:23). “And the apostles said unto the Lord, Increase our faith. And will not rather say unto him, Make ready wherewith I may sup, and gird thyself, and serve me, till I have eaten and drunken; and afterward thou shalt eat and drink? Doth he thank that servant because he did the things that were commanded him? I trow not. So likewise ye, when ye shall have done all those things which are commanded you, say, We are unprofitable servants: we have done that which was our duty to do.”( Luke 17:5-10). “But when thou doest alms, let not thy left hand know what thy right hand doeth:”(Matthew 6:3). “Let another man praise thee, and not thine own mouth; a stranger, and not thine own lips.”(Proverbs 27:2). Many times when your trying to witness to someone and lead them to Jesus, they will come up with these lies from the devil and say to you “ How can you believe in the Bible? It has been changed so many times.” What would you say to them? “but sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear:”(1 Peter 3:15). You have got to dispel the vaporous venom and fairy tell lies from the devil, and give them the truth. Just tell them the Bible was originally written in Hebrew which is called the Old Testament and the New Testament was originally written in Greek. The Old Testament was translated from Hebrew into Greek in 250 BC under the reign of King Philadelphus of Greece. This was called the Septuagint, this is an established Historical fact taught in Colleges and Universities around the World. The New Testament was translated into English in 1611 AD under the reign of King James of England. This was a time when heretics where burned at the stake. It took seventy Scholars ten years to accomplish this mission and they were very care full not to make any mistakes as they feared for their lives. The Old Testament was found written down on scrolls, when they where discovered in 1947 and called the Dead Sea Scrolls. They are said to be supernaturally identical to The King James Bible. All the Old Testament Books were found except the Book of Esther. So you see the Bible hasn’t been changed from it’s original translations.

Here is some basic Bible knowledge for you. There are 66 books in the Bible. 39 Books in the Old Testament and 27 in the New Testament. It was written by 40 different Prophets and men of God over a 1500 year period as the Holy Ghost spoke through them. The sixty-six books that make up the Bible were written over a span of approximately 1,500 years. This does not mean it took 1,500 solid years of writing to complete the Bible. In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits,and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him: and they shall see his face; and his name shall be in their foreheads. And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever.” (Revelation 22:1-5). Some people say that the Tree of Life is symbolic. I believe it is both real and symbolic. “Real”, Meaning there actually is a real Tree called The Tree of Life which is huge. “This is my commandment that ye love one another.”(John.15:17) If you have a hard time loving people, just ask Jesus to help you see them as he sees them, and loves them in spite of themselves and their faults and sins. Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother’s eye.” (Matthew 7:1-5). “Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets.” (Matthew 7:12). “to speak evil of no man, to be no brawlers, but gentle, shewing all meekness unto all men.”(Titus 3:2). “And the servant of the Lord must not strive; but be gentle unto all men, apt to teach, patient, in meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God pre adventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth;” (2nd Timothy 2:24-25). “Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.” (Philippians 4:8). “If there be therefore any consolation in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any bowels and mercies, fulfil ye my joy, that ye be like minded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind. Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves. Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others. Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: but made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: and being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.” (Philippians 2:1-11). “Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren. But whoso hath this world’s good, and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his bowels of compassion from him, how dwelleth the love of God in him?”(1 John 3:16-17). Remember John 3:16 was God’s part, and 1John 3:16 is our part. “submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God. Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body. Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing. Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; that he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, that he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish. So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself. For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourisheth and cherisheth it, even as the Lord the church: For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones. For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh. This is a great mystery: but I speak concerning Christ and the church. Nevertheless let every one of you in particular so love his wife even as himself; and the wife see that she reverence her husband.”(Ephesians 5:21-33).

Say this prayer if you want to be saved: Jesus, I want to know you, and to live forever in Heaven, I know I have made mistakes and done bad things- and I am sorry. Please forgive me. I know I don’t deserve it, but I accept your love and I accept you as my Saviour. I believe you died on the cross for my sins ,and rose from the dead. Please come into my heart and life and fill me with your Holy Spirit and give me peace. Amen
