but God is the strength of my heart, and my portion for ever.”(Psalms 73:25-26)

¹⁶ The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:Gods people shine and there is a special light in their eyes especially when they are in the SPIRIT ! “Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend.” (Proverbs 27:17).

 ¹⁷ and if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together. Remember Jesus is the Only Begotten Son of God, and we are adopted sons and daughters into the family of God, and our Heavenly Father God and Jesus his son (Our Saviour & Big Brother), and the Holy Spirit, our Spiritual Mother, they are our Heavenly Eternal Family. “But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:”(John 1:12).

 ²⁷ And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God. Sometimes when you pray you come to a point when you don’t know what to pray for any more.Then you can start praying in tongues, when Gods spirit will take over and start praying thru you, and the Lord will understand what your spirit is saying. Pray for the gift of tongues.“I thank my God, I speak with tongues more than ye all:”(1 Corinthians 14:18)

²⁸ And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. “For my thoughts are not your thoughts,
neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord.For as the heavens are higher than the earth,so are my ways higher than your ways,and my thoughts than your thoughts.”(Isaiah 55:8-9). The Lord has gotten me out of so many jams and mistakes that I have made and turned them around for good. How about you ?

Communion is the ONLY Ceremony that Jesus Christ Commanded us to keep; He said “Do this in remembrance of me.” Here is the way it works. When you get saved and born again, ALL of your sins are taken away! “As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us.” (Psalm 103:12). “And when the hour was come, he sat down, and the twelve apostles with him. And he said unto them, With desire I have desired to eat this passover with you before I suffer: for I say unto you, I will not any more eat thereof, until it be fulfilled in the kingdom of God. And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and said, Take this, and divide it among yourselves: for I say unto you, I will not drink of the fruit of the vine, until the kingdom of God shall come. And he took bread, and gave thanks, and brake it, and gave unto them, saying, This is my body which is given for you: this do in remembrance of me. Likewise also the cup after supper, saying, This cup is the new testament in my blood, which is shed for you.”  (Luke 22:14-20). The Wine is symbloic of The Blood of Jesus Christ which cleanses us from all our sins, and the Bread is Symbolic of his Body, that was beaten and whiped for the healing of our bodies.“Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered. Blessed is the man unto whom the Lord imputeth not iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no guile. I acknowledged my sin unto thee, and mine iniquity have I not hid.I said, I will confess my transgressions unto the Lord; and thou forgavest the iniquity of my sin. Selah.”(Psalm 32:1,2,5). The Bible says Not to confess your sins and ask for forgiveness from some Preacher or Priest who has no power to forgive you of your sins! But only to Jesus Christ who alone can forgive sins. “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” (John 14:6), “Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.” (Acts 4:12). By faith in the Blood of Jesus Christ and by his Grace we can get saved. “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: not of works, lest any man should boast.”(Ephesians 2:8-9). However when you sin after your saved you will have to give account for all your unconfessed and unrepented sins that you have not asked the Lord to forgive you for. ^“For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.” (2 Corinthians 5:10). So if you don’t want to have a lot of sins to have to give account for  after you are saved, you should have communion often as Jesus said to do.  The doctrine of all your sins are cleansed past ,present, and future, needs some explanation, Yeah, if you ask him. “If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”(1John 1:8-9). When you are saved you are cleansed from all your sins. But then you keep sinning like everybody does, and your sins after you get saved will need to be forgiven, and cleansed also. You can never lose your salvation, (SEE: The Salvation Classes in www.answersintheword.com). Because your future sins after being saved will all need to be forgiven and Communion is a great time to do this. Some of you, like me, will need to have Communion at least once a week or more. Here are some great verses to claim and share about the Blood of Jesus Christ when having Communion. “But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.”(Hebrews 11:6). You need to take Communion by Faith, not doubting, or wavering.  “Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.”(Hebrews 4:16).“Come now, and let us reason together, saith the Lord:though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.”(Isaiah 1:18). “He will turn again, he will have compassion upon us; he will subdue our iniquities; and thou wilt cast all their sins into the depths of the sea.”(Micah 7:19). “but if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.”(1John 1:7). Communion is also a great way to get right with others whom you may have hurt in some way, so the Lord can also forgive you. “For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you: but if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.”(Matthew 6:14-15). “Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you.”(John15:3). So have Communion and get clean. “Hide thy face from my sins, and blot out all mine iniquities. Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me. Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me. Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit. Then will I teach transgressors thy ways; and sinners shall be converted unto thee. Deliver me from blood guiltiness, O God, thou God of my salvation: and my tongue shall sing aloud of thy righteousness.“ (Psalm 51:9-14). 

Here are some Powerful verse to claim when breaking and eating the Bread.“Behold I am the Lord, the God of all flesh: is there anything to hard for me?”(Jeremiah 32:27). “But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.” (Isaiah 53:5&6).”Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the Lord delivereth him out of them all.”( Psalm 34:19).  “Thus sayeth the Lord, The Holy One of Israel, and his Maker. Ask me of things to come concerning my sons, and concerning the work of my hands command ye me.”( Isaiah 45:11).“But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.” (Hebrews 11:6). “When Jesus heard it, he saith unto them, They that are whole have no need of the physician, but they that are sick: I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.” (Mark 2:17)

“Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.” (Matthew 24:35). Let’s talk about Jesus, the only person that made it. Jesus said,“And he that sent me is with me: the Father hath not left me alone; for I do always those things that please him.”(John 8:29). “For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.”(Hebrews 4:15). “For ever, O Lord, thy word is settled in heaven.”(Psalm 119:89). God’s WORD must and will be fulfilled !! “being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:” (Philippians 1:6). It doesn’t matter what people think, all the promises and prophecies of God’s WORD are going to be fulfilled ! You can have comfort in knowing this ! “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are you ways my ways, saith the Lord. And Jesus answered him, saying, “It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.” And the devil, taking him up into an high mountain, shewed unto him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time. And the devil said unto him, All this power will I give thee, and the glory of them: for that is delivered unto me; and to whomsoever I will I give it. If thou therefore wilt worship me, all shall be thine. It is really hard for most of us to take correction because of our pride. They say the three hardest words to say are; ” I Was Wrong”, or “I am Sorry”. “Now no chastening for the present seemeth to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it yieldeth the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised thereby.” (Hebrews 12:11). “For what glory is it, if, when ye be buffeted for your faults, ye shall take it patiently? but if, when ye do well, and suffer for it, ye take it patiently, this is acceptable with God.” (1Peter 2:20). In other words, if you take the correction and say; Well Lord I don’t think I deserved this correction, but I am going to receive it anyway, because I know I deserve it for all the times I did wrong and didn’t get rebuked or corrected for it. The boomerang comes back! “Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.“ (Galatians 6:7). This kind of attitude pleases the Lord and you will find his love and mercy, and blessings upon you! Remember God’s word says; “If I justify myself, mine own mouth shall condemn me: if I say, I am perfect, it shall also prove me perverse.”(Job 9:20).“By humility and the fear of the Lord are riches, and honour, and life.”(Proverbs 22:4).“He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the Lord require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?”(Micah 6:8). So take the correction and gain from it and grow in the Lord, don’t fight it.” Am I therefore become your enemy, because I tell you the truth? “(Galatians 4:16). Jesus said; “He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day.”(John 12:48). Be thankful that someone cares about you enough to spend their time to try and help you. Have some  fear of the Lord, and respect of Godly counsel. “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.”(Proverbs 1:7). He that hath and ear to hear let him hear. We all deserve Hell and Prison anyway. “It is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.”(Lamentations 3:22-23).“All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the Lord hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.”(Isaiah 53:6).“Open rebuke is better than secret love. Faithful are the wounds of a friend; but the kisses of an enemy are deceitful.“(Proverbs 27:5-6). “Obey them that have the rule over you, and submit yourselves: for they watch for your souls, as they that must give account, that they may do it with joy, and not with grief: for that is unprofitable for you.” (Hebrews 13:17). “Moreover as for me, God forbid that I should sin against the Lord in ceasing to pray for you: but I will teach you the good and the right way: only fear the Lord, and serve him in truth with all your heart: for consider how great things he hath done for you.” (1 Samuel 12:23-24). “For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry.” (1 Samuel 15:23a). “ I have no greater joy than to hear that my children walk in truth.” (3 John 4).

“It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows: for so he giveth his beloved sleep.”(Psalm 127:2). Many times I have woken up from a bad dream rebuking the devil in The Name of Jesus !! Sleep is very important for your physical well being and your spiritual well being. “For God speaketh once, yea twice, yet man perceiveth it not. In a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falleth upon men, in slumberings upon the bed; then he openeth the ears of men, and sealeth their instruction,that he may withdraw man from his purpose, and hide pride from man.He keepeth back his soul from the pit, and his life from perishing by the sword”. (Job 33:14-18). The Lord can speak to us when we fall into a deep sleep and we are under his control in your subconscious state of mind and spirit. So fill your day with good business like preaching the Gospel and doing good things. It is said about Jesus,“who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him”.(Acts 10:38b). We should really sincerly pray over ourselves when we go to sleep and for our children, and family that we will have good dreams and sweet sleep from God in the Name of Jesus Christ. The enemy, the devil, and his demons also try and attack us when we sleep and drift off to the spirit world. I know you can’t always get your needed sleep because of children,work, and a host of other reasons. Just do your best to try and the Lord will help you to get the right amount of sleep because he wants you to do that. We have 24 hours a day and 1/3rd. of that should be used for sleeping, which is 8 hours. Claim the blood of Jesus Christ over yourselves before going to bed. “The angel of the Lord encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them.” (Psalm 34:7). “The sleep of a labouring man is sweet, whether he eat little or much: but the abundance of the rich will not suffer him to sleep.” (Ecclesiates 5:12).Make it a good day and night by filling your heart and life with good things like love and kindness and prayer.“Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.”(Philippians 4:8). “For a dream cometh through the multitude of business; and a fool’s voice is known by multitude of words.”(Ecclesiates 5:3). I don’t usually remember all my dreams, but sometimes certain ones. “And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:” (Acts 2:17).  Many times the Lord gives me direction when I am about to get up and I am between sleep and becoming awake, like this message he gave me and told me to share it with you. If your not getting enough good quality sleep you are not only hurting yourself, but everyone around you because you won’t be at your best the next day. So get some good sleep and dreams so you can do your best for Jesus. Amen? Make time for Jesus dream time. So you can have a good Jesus job time the rest of the day.

My brethren, be not many masters, knowing that we shall receive the greater condemnation.

For in many things we offend all. If any man offend not in word, the same is a perfect man, and able also to bridle the whole body.

Behold, we put bits in the horses’ mouths, that they may obey us; and we turn about their whole body.

Behold also the ships, which though they be so great, and are driven of fierce winds, yet are they turned about with a very small helm, whithersoever the governor listeth.

Even so the tongue is a little member, and boasteth great things. Behold, how great a matter a little fire kindleth!

And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity: so is the tongue among our members, that it defileth the whole body, and setteth on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire of hell.

For every kind of beasts, and of birds, and of serpents, and of things in the sea, is tamed, and hath been tamed of mankind:

But the tongue can no man tame; it is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison.

Doth a fountain send forth at the same place sweet water and bitter?

Can the fig tree, my brethren, bear olive berries? either a vine, figs? so can no fountain both yield salt water and fresh.

Who is a wise man and endued with knowledge among you? let him shew out of a good conversation his works with meekness of wisdom.

But if ye have bitter envying and strife in your hearts, glory not, and lie not against the truth.

This wisdom descendeth not from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish.

 For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work.

 But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.

 And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace.

It seems most everyone is desiring to find friends. I have never had any good results in finding good friends, except Jesus Christ. This is what Jesus said about friends. “Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you. Henceforth I call you not servants; for the servant knoweth not what his lord doeth: but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my Father I have made known unto you.” ( John 15:13-15).  “A man that hath friends must shew himself friendly: and there is a friend that sticketh closer than a brother.” (Proverbs 18:24). No man is an Island, we all effect one another, therefore chose your friends carefully, they will have a lasting effect on you. “Can a man take fire in his bosom, and his clothes not be burned?” (Proverbs 6:27). Be careful, some people will just want to use you. “Make no friendship with an angry man; and with a furious man thou shalt not go:” (Proverbs 22:24). Ask Jesus for the gift of discernment of spirits. A real friend will stick with you through thick or thin, good times or bad in sickness and in health. Jesus and my wife are the best friends I have ever found. Your friends don/t need an explanation and your enemies wouldn’t believe it anyway. Jesus said, he will never leave you or forsake you and that he would be with you always, even to the end of the world.(Hebrews 13:5b & Matthew 28:20). I have found that I don’t need any fair weather friends that distract me from a relationship with Jesus and that includes  relatives and myself. Some people are so into themselves that they love themselves so much and think they are so great and cool, that they just worship themselves more than God, who made them, and they are even always taking selfies pictures of themselves. “He must increase, but I must decrease.“ (John 3:30). “And a man’s foes shall be they of his own household. He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me. And he that taketh not his cross, and followeth after me, is not worthy of me.” ( Matthew 10:36-38).  ^“But Jesus said unto them, A prophet is not without honour, but in his own country, and among his own kin, and in his own house.” (Mark 6 :4) I guess because if you hang around them a lot they will see what a bad guy sinner you really are and wont respect you or even read what you write, and think, “how could God speak through or use this guy.” Jesus only took Peter and James and John when he went up on the mountain and was transfigured and they heard the voice of God, ( Mark 9:2-4). ” And they all forsook him and fled.”( Mark 14:50). It is better to just have Jesus as your most trusted friend. “Behold, he putteth no trust in his saints; yea, the heavens are not clean in his sight.”(Job 15:15). My job is just to deliver the message www.answersintheword.com and what they do with it is up to them. Maybe you could try and find a handful of trusted friends, sometimes it’s like finding a needle in a haystack, and watch out for that needle if you do find it, because it can prick you and hurt you pretty bad. May the Lord help you! It’s better to have no friends than bad friends.

Remember God created everything out of nothing by the power of His Word. He spoke creation into existence. Our words are so serious and important. If we only realized this we would be in fear of what we spoke. No man is an island we affect all around us by what we say.    “A fool uttereth all his mind: but a wise man keepeth it in till afterwards.” (Proverbs 29:11). Why open our mouths and remove all doubt? “Even a fool, when he holdeth his peace, is counted wise: and he that shutteth his lips is esteemed a man of understanding.” (Proverbs 17:28). We are supposed to be Ambassadors, and Representatives of Christ. “But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment. For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.” (Matthew 12:36-37). If you are cussing a lot ask Jesus to help you and forgive you, and he will. Choose your friends wisely and who you hang around with. They will affect you for good or bad. Do you want to please the Lord or not or do you even care? You should for your own sake and well Being. There are no neutrals in God’s eyes. You are either serving the Lord or the Devil !!! “From that time forth began Jesus to shew unto his disciples, how that he must go unto Jerusalem, and suffer many things of the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be killed, and be raised again the third day. Then Peter took him, and began to rebuke him, saying, Be it far from thee, Lord: this shall not be unto thee. But he turned, and said unto Peter, Get thee behind me, Satan: thou art an offence unto me: for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but those that be of men.
