DO YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE ?

Did you know that if you are a saved born again Christian, Jesus Christ believer that you are;

1.) AN ADOPTED SON OR DAUGHTER OF GOD, our Heavenly Father. Jesus is the only begotten Son of God. “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have ever lasting life.”(John 3:16), and we are given the power to become sons and daughters of God by receiving Jesus as our Savior. “But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name; “(John 1:12)

2.) A JEW. ” For he is not a Jew which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh: But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.” ( Romans 2:28,29). “And if ye are Christ’s, then are ye Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.”  (Galatians 3:29 ). If you were Jewish in the flesh before you received Jesus, now you are a completed Jew, because you have the Messiah: Jesus Christ in your heart.

3.)  A BRIDE.  ( Spiritually) (Revelations 19).“Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become dead to the law by the body of Christ; that ye should be married to another, even to him who is raised from the dead, that we should bring forth fruit unto God.” (Romans 7:4).

4.) A VIRGIN. (Spiritually) “These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb whitersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the first fruits unto God and to the Lamb.” (Revelations 14:4).

5.) A BABE. “And Jesus called a little child unto him, and set him in the midst of them, And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven. Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven.” ( Matthew 18:2-4). “As new born babes , desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby:” (I Peter 2:2).

6.) POSSESSED by the good Spirit of the Lord. You can never be possessed by an evil Spirit if you have Jesus Christ in your heart, but you can be oppressed by a bad spirit from the devil, but the enemy cannot fully take you over because you belong to Jesus. ” I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. “( Hebrews 13:5).

7.) A NEW, AND DIFFERENT PERSON. “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.” ( II Corinthians 5:17). “I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.”  (Galatians 2:20).

Say this prayer if you want to be saved: Jesus, I want to know you, and to live forever in Heaven, I know I have made mistakes and done bad things- and I am sorry. Please forgive me. I know I don’t deserve it, but I accept your love and I accept you as my Saviour. I  believed you died on the cross for my sins and rose from the dead. Please come into my heart and life and fill me with your Holy Spirit and give me peace. Amen.

The Hem of His Garment ( text)

There is a beautiful true story in the Bible about a poor woman who had an issue of blood for twelve years, one day she heard about Jesus and all the miracles he was doing. She heard how he was healing all the people who were sick and came unto him, even the people who had the dreaded disease of leprosy, and the blind, and the deaf, and even raising the dead. She heard that he was coming to her town. She just had to meet him. She managed to bring herself down to the main road where he was sure to pass by. There was already a great crowd of people waiting when she got there. Suddenly someone said, ” here he comes”. By this time the crowd was so big that she was worried that she wouldn’t even be able to get near him. The disciples were all around him making away through the crowd so Jesus could get by. Suddenly he walked near her. She still couldn’t get close to him. She said within herself. If I could just reach out and touch the hem of his garment I would be healed. She was on the ground at this time . She reached out by someones feet, (probably one of the disciples), and touched the hem of his garment. Jesus immediately stopped and said to his disciples” Who touched me”? The disciples said, the whole crowd is thronging you, and you asked who touched you? He reached down to the woman and said, “daughter be of good comfort, thy faith hath made the whole” and the woman was healed. And, behold, a woman, which was diseased with an issue of blood twelve years, came behind him, and touched the hem of his garment: for she said within herself, If I may but touch his garment, I shall be whole. But Jesus turned him about, and when he saw her, he said, Daughter, be of good comfort; thy faith hath made thee whole. And the woman was made whole from that hour.”( Luke 8:40-48, and  Matthew 9:20-22). Oh, won’t you reach out by faith and touch the hem of his garment? He is passing by and wants to make you whole.

Say this prayer if you want to be saved: Jesus, I want to know you, and to live forever in Heaven, I know I have made mistakes and done bad things- and I am sorry. Please forgive me. I know I don’t deserve it, but I accept your love and I accept you as my Saviour. I believe you died on the cross for my sins ,and rose from the dead. Please come into my heart and life and fill me with your Holy Spirit and give me peace. Amen.

KNOW YOUR FUTURE

Have you ever wanted to know what the future holds for you? Just read Mark Chapter 4: 1-20.This is also a great teaching from Jesus to read to new converts that you lead to the Lord.Where will you fit in this parable? Let your light shine.

Love and prayers in Jesus precious Name.

“ AND HE began again to teach by the sea side: and there was gathered unto him a great multitude, so that he entered into a ship, and sat in the sea; and the whole multitude was by the sea on the land. And he taught them many things by parables, and said unto them in his doctrine, Hearken; Behold, there went out a sower to sow; And it came to pass, as he sowed, some fell by the way side, and the fowls of the air came and devoured it up. And some fell on stony ground, where it had not much earth; and immediately it sprang up, because it had no depth of earth: But when the sun was up, it was scorched; and because it had no root, it withered away. And some fell among thorns, and the thorns grew up and choked it, and it yielded no fruit. And other fell on good ground, and did yield fruit that sprang up and increased; and brought forth, some thirty, and some sixty, and some an hundred. And he said unto them, He that hath ears to hear, let him hear. And when he was alone, they that were about him with the twelve asked of him the parable. And he said unto them, Unto you it is given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God: but unto them that are without, all these things are done in parables: That seeing they may see, and not perceive; and hearing they may hear, and not understand; lest at any time they should be converted, and their sins should be forgiven them. And he said unto them, Know ye not this parable? And how then will ye know all parables? The sower soweth the word. And these are they by the way side, where the word is sown; but when they have heard, Satan cometh immediately, and taketh away the word that was sown in their hearts. And these are they likewise which are sown on stony ground; who, when they have heard the word, immediately receive it with gladness; And have no root in themselves, and endure but for a time: afterward, when affliction or persecution ariseth for the word’s sake immediately they are offended. And these are they which are sown among thorns;  such as hear the word, And the cares of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, and the lust of other things entering in, choke the word, and it becometh unfruitful. And these are they which are sown on good ground; such as hear the word, and receive it, and bring forth fruit, some thirtyfold, some sixty, and some an hundred.”

Have You Found Yourself Yet? (video & text)

When I lived in California this was a popular saying. People were saying “You’ve got to find yourself.” Well Recently I was talking to my sweet daughter Michelle and that very saying came up. Well, the Lord put it on my heart to share this little message with everyone. You know I would go so far as to say that we all deserve to be in prison, or maybe most all of us, but certainly we all deserve to go to Hell. But isn’t Jesus wonderful, He has so much love and mercy on us that he died for our sins so that we could be saved by believing in him and accepting him as our Saviour so we can go to heaven and have Eternal life, the gift of God, which no amount of money, or good works can ever buy. Praise The Lord! Amen? Paul said, “For I know that in me (that is in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me; but how to perform that which is good I find not. For the good that I would I do not: but the evil which I would not, that I do.” (Romans 7:18,19). Beloved if you are ever able to find yourself, I am afraid you will not like what you find. “For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.” (Romans 3:23). “But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousness are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as the leaf; and our iniquities like the wind have taken us away.”(this is talking about menstruous rags)( Isaiah 64:6).If you want to go looking for yourself, just look in the garbage can at some old used menstrual pads and you’ll find yourself. So let us not go looking for ourselves, but let us get lost in Jesus and his love. Amen?  “He must increase, but I must decrease.”(John 3:30). “He that findeth his life shall loose it: and he that looseth his life for my sake shall find it.”(Matthew 10:39). We need to be more and more like Jesus every day. We can be a new person every day by getting closer and closer to the Master. “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.”(II Corinthians 5:17).Leave yourself behind and go running after Jesus, and never go back to find yourself ! By the way, have you ever seen a filthy menstruous rag walking around in pride and being offended about something? Perhaps if we realized what our righteousness is like in God’s eyes it might help us to be more humble, meek, loving and forgiving.

TRUE LOVE (videos & text)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=oZbJTKtthbg

Love gives of its time. Love goes the extra mile. Love casts a veil over countless sins and mistakes, Love has a spiritual sight that sees the good and possibilities that others can not see. Love loves the unlovely. Love will motivate you to do what you don’t want to do. Love has compassion not just pity. Love hopes and endures. Love believes. Love never fails. Love will never leave you or forsake you. Love goes on by faith when feeling is not there. Love is what everyone needs. Love is what everyone is searching for. Love is the answer. You can’t see love, but you can surely see the results of love. Love makes life worth living.Love esteems others better than ones self. Love is kind. Love is quick toforgive, and forget. Love is meek, and love is humble. Love is being like Jesus. Some times Love is tough.Love is telling the truth. Love envies not, Love does not exalt ones self. Love is not puffed up. Love seeks not its own, is not easily provoked, Love thinks no evil. Love rejoices not in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth. Love bears all things, Love endures all things. Love is the greatest of all gifts.( see God’s Love Chapter 1 Corinthians 13) “God is Love.” (1 John 4:8 b).Love is why Jesus went to the Cross when he could have called 10,000 Angels to destroy the world. Love will see you through. Love is the main thing you need.Love comes from God. Love is yours for the asking”.We love him because he first loved us.” “For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son.”(John 3:16). Love is more important than knowledge. “Many waters can not quench love, neither can the floods drown it:” ( Song of Solomon 8:7 a ). Lovesees what needs to be done and does it without the praise of man. Love seeks first the Lord and the Kingdom of God. “This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you. Greater love hath no man than this , that a man lay down his life for his friends.” ( John 15:12,13 ).” Hereby perceive we the LOVE of God, because he laid down his life for us and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.” (1 John 3:16). John 3 :16 is Gods part,  and 1 st. John 3:16 is our part. Lord help us to have more of your love and help us to be known by our love. Jesus Christ is the greatest manifestation of Gods love. Love is greater than religion. Love is pure religion. Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it,Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. (Matthew 22:37-39).God’s Love is my religion. What is your religion? God’s only law is LOVE !!! Everyday is about The Love of God Through His Only Begotten Son Jesus Christ. February 14 is a Worldly event. It focuses on Hearts, Roses, Chocolates.  (1 John 4:8b), “FOR GOD IS LOVE” let that sink in.

Say this prayer if you want to be saved, Jesus, I want to know you, and to live forever in Heaven, I know I have made mistakes and done bad things- and I am sorry. Please forgive me. I know I don’t deserve it, but I accept your love and I accept you as my Saviour. I  believed you died on the cross for my sins and rose from the dead. Please come into my heart and life and fill me with your Holy Spirit and give me peace. Amen.

IF YOU LOVE ME

When Jesus rose from the dead, he cooked some fish for his disciples, and he told Peter, do you love me more than this food? Then feed my sheep. In fact he asked Peter three times the same question so that Peter would be sure to get the point. So when they had dined, Jesus saith to Simon Peter, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me more than these? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my lambs. He saith to him again the second time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my sheep. He saith unto him the third time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? Peter was grieved because he said unto him the third time, Lovest thou me? And he said unto him, Lord, thou knowest all things; thou knowest that I love thee. Jesus saith unto him, Feed my sheep.” (John 21:15-17). Let us listen to Jesus. He is saying the same thing to you and me. Do you love me? Then feed my sheep. This is how we show Jesus that we love him by feeding his sheep spiritually. We need to always have some tracts on our persons to give out to people who the Lord brings upon our path every day. Would a soldier go into battle without ammo? “No man that wareth entangeleth himself with the affairs of this life that he may please him who hath called him to be a soldier.”(II Timothy 2:4).Do you need a spiritual break thru in your life? Is there something hindering you from being close to Jesus? Jesus wants to break every chain and give to you the victory again and again! “Where there is no vision the people perish.” (Proverbs 29:18). What is your vision? What has God called you to do? One thing we know for sure, and that is to feed his sheep. Are you feeding your wife or husband? Are you feeding your children? Are you feeding the rest of your family and friends, and enemies? If you need something good to feed them, well it is right here for you in www.answersintheword.com . Over 53 years of my life and what Jesus has taught me and now he is freely giving it to you. There is a treasure chest of truth just waiting for you to just open it and dive in compliments of Jesus Christ.  The best cure for personal problems is the battlefront, and feeding the sheep. We need to get so involved with feeding Jesus’s sheep that we just don’t have time to worry about our own problems and listen to the devil and his demons. Most of the things I worry about never happen anyway. It is amazing how God will take care of things. If we just feed the sheep and let him take care of our problems.“Casting all of your cares upon him for he careth for you”(I Peter 5:7). Jesus is saying to you today, Do you love me? Then feed my sheep. May the Lord bless you and keep you, and may the Lord lift up his countenance upon you, and give you peace as you feed his sheep.

Amen.

JESUS LOVES AND CARES ABOUT YOU !!!

Jesus loves you, and he knows everything, and he knows all that you are going through and all of your struggles. He knows all of your weaknesses, and worries and fears he also wants good things for you’re future, and he knows how much faith you have, and he wants to help you and strengthen you through all of it. Can you change God’s mind ? Yes within certain limits of his will. Jesus said that the hairs of your head are all numbered. Jesus also said that one sparrow shall not fall unless God alows it, and one blade of grass shall not die unless God knows, and allows it. He is where you are! The Bible says ,” a just man falleth seven times and riseth up again.( Proverbs 24:16). This means unlimited forgiveness from Jesus to all who sincerely ask him! Like Jesus told Peter to forgive 7 X 70 times. You can never be to bad for Jesus, only too good! ” If a man would judge himself, he should not be judged. (1 Corinthians 11:31,32). If you have known the Lord for any length of time, I think it will be hard to stand in judgement on others.” Judge not, that ye be not judged, for with what judgement ye judge, ye shall be judged.” (Matthew 7: 1). Isn’t this all part of growing in the Lord, and growing in love ? “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.” (Romans 8:28).Won’t you turn to Jesus and let him work things out for you for good?

Say this prayer to be saved: Jesus, I want to know you, and to live forever in Heaven, I know I have made mistakes and done bad things- and I am sorry. Please forgive me. I know I don’t deserve it, but I accept your love and I accept you as my Saviour. I  believed you died on the cross for my sins and rose from the dead. Please come into my heart and life and fill me with your Holy Spirit and give me peace. Amen.

Daniel Chap 9:1-23 Part 1 video&text (70 Weeks Chart)

Please check out this web link for really good information about the history leading up to the time when Daniel received this prophecy in Daniel Chapter 9 from the angel Gabriel.

http://youtu.be/9f-JxfHqavY

Verse 1) IN the first year of Da-ri’-us the son of A-has-u-e’-rus’ of the seed of the Medes, which was made king over the realm of the Chal-de’-ans; Daniel was still a prisoner of war in Babylon when the Medes took power.

Verse 2) In the first year of his reign I Daniel understood by books the number of the years, whereof the word of the Lord came to Jeremiah the prophet, that he would accomplish 70 years in the desolation’s of Jerusalem. Daniel was reading the prophecy of Jeremiah in Chapter 25:11 “And this whole land shall be a desolation, and an astonishment; and these nations shall serve the king of Babylon 70 years.” Nebuchadnezzar conquered Jerusalem and destroyed the Temple in 586 B.C. Daniel received this prophecy in the first year of Darius the king of the Medes in 536 B.C. He realized from reading the prophecy of Jeremiah that the end of captivity for the Jews was coming soon. The Jews went into captivity from Babylon in 586 B.C. and were released in 516 B.C. 70 years later.

Verse 3-19) And I set my face unto the Lord God, to seek by prayer and supplications, with fasting, and sackcloth, and ashes: And I prayed unto the Lord my God, and made my confession, and said, O Lord, the great and dreadful God, keeping the covenant and mercy to them that love him, and to them that keep his commandments; We have sinned and have committed iniquity, and have done wickedly, and have rebelled, even by departing from thy precepts and from thy judgments: Neither have we hearkened unto to thy servants the prophets, which spake in thy name to our kings, our princes, and our fathers, and to all the people of the land. O Lord, righteousness belongeth unto thee, but unto us confusion of faces, as at this day; to the men of Judah, and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and unto all Israel, that are near, and that are far off, through all the countries whether thou hast driven them, because of their trespass that they have trespassed against thee. O Lord, to us belongeth confusion of face, to our kings, to our princes, and to our fathers, because we have sinned against thee. To the Lord our God belong mercies and forgiveness, though we have rebelled against him; Neither have we obeyed the voice of the Lord our God, to walk in his laws, which he set before us by his servants the prophets. Yea, all Israel have transgressed thy law, even by departing, that they might not obey thy voice; therefore the curse is poured upon us, and the oath that is written in the law of Moses the servant of God, because we have sinned against him. And he has confirmed his words, which he spake against us, and against our judges that judged us, by bringing upon us a great evil: for under the whole heaven hath not been done as hath been done upon Jerusalem. As it is written in the law of Moses, all this evil is come upon us: yet made we not our prayer before the Lord our God, that we might turn from our iniquities, and understand thy truth. Therefore hath the Lord watched upon the evil, and brought it upon us: for the Lord our God is righteous in all his work’s which he doeth: for we obeyed not his voice. And now, O Lord our God, that hast brought thy people forth out of the land of Egypt with a mighty hand, and hast gotten the renown, as at this day; we have sinned, we have done wickedly. O Lord, according to all thy righteousness, I beseech thee, let thine anger and thy fury be turned away from thy city Jerusalem, thy holy mountain: because for our sins, and for the iniquities of our fathers, Jerusalem and thy people are become a reproach to all that are about us. Now therefore, O our God, hear the prayer of thy servant, and his supplications, and cause thy face to shine upon thy sanctuary that is desolate, for the Lord’s sake. O my God, incline thine ear, and hear; open thine eyes, and behold our desolation’s, and the city which is called by thy name: for we do not present our supplications before thee for  our righteousness, but for thy great mercies. O Lord, hear; O Lord, forgive; O Lord, harken and do; defer not, for thine own sake, O my God: for thy city, and thy people are called by thy name.

Verse 20-23) And whiles I was speaking, and praying, and confessing my sin and the sin of my people Israel, and presenting my supplication before the Lord my God for the holy mountain of my God; Yea, whiles I was speaking in prayer, even the man Gabriel, whom I had seen in the vision at the beginning, being caused to fly swiftly, touched me about the time of the evening oblation. And he informed me, and talked with me, and said, O Daniel, I am now come forth to give the skill and understanding. At the beginning of thy supplications the commandment came forth, and  I am come to show thee; for thou art greatly beloved: therefore understand the matter, and consider the vision. The Prophet Daniel prayed a powerful heartfelt prayer to the Lord and took upon himself to represent his people Israel, and ask for God’s forgiveness for all the people of Israel. God sent Gabriel who also announced the birth of Jesus Christ to give him this following very important message and prophecy from God.

Daniel Chapter 9:24-27 Part 2 video&text (The Last 7 Years Chart)

Please check out this web link for really good information about the history leading up to the time when Daniel received this prophecy in Daniel Chapter 9 from the angel Gabriel, and to the time when the commandment was given to restore and re-build Jerusalem under the reign of King Artaxerxes when this amazing prophecy began.

http://youtu.be/ctWnd_3IBpM

Verse 24) Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy. The Angel Gabriel tells Daniel that there will be 70 weeks for Daniel’s people the Jews, and Jerusalem, to end sins, make reconciliation for iniquity, establish everlasting righteousness, and seal up, ( or finish) the vision and prophecy, and to anoint Jesus the most Holy King in Israel. The word of week comes from the Hebrew word “Shabuwa”, which means a period of seven years. This Bible verse found in Genesis 29:27 makes this point clear “Fulfill her week, and we will give thee this also for the service which thou shalt serve with me yet seven other years. And Jacob did so, and fulfilled her week: and he gave him Rachel his daughter to wife also.” So you see how a week is seven years. 70 weeks therefore means 70×7 = 490 years. So the Angel tells Daniel that the Jews have 490 years to stop sins and anoint Jesus Christ the most Holy, as their King at Jerusalem.

Verse 25) Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks: the street shall be built again, and the wall even in troublous times. The Lord wants you to understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem, which was given in 457 B.C. by king Artaxerxes of Persia that there would be a time period of 7 weeks or 49 years ( 7 X 7= 49), and three score (a score is 20, and three score is 60, or 3 X 20= 60) and two weeks. This brings us to a total of 69 weeks, or 7 + 62 = 69, or 483 years which is 69 x 7. In other words the Angel Gabriel tells us in his message from God that there would be a time period of 483 years from the time that the commandment went forth to restore and build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince. The word Messiah in Hebrew means “the anointed one”. In Greek it comes from the word “Krisos” which means “Christ”. What happened exactly 483 years after the commandment was given by king Artaxerxes of Persia to restore and rebuild Jerusalem? Jesus was baptized by John the Baptist, and the heavens were opened and the Holy Ghost descended in a bodily shape like a dove, and landed on Jesus. “Now when all the people were baptized, it came to pass, that Jesus also being baptized, and praying, the heaven was opened, and the Holy Ghost descended in a bodily shape like a dove upon him, and a voice came from heaven, which said, Thou art my beloved Son; in thee I am well pleased.” (Luke 3:21-23). This is when Jesus was anointed by God to begin his public ministry. This is when he fulfilled the Prophecy of the Anointed One, the Messiah. This happened in 26 A.D. This is truly an amazing prophecy, predicting the exact year when Jesus was baptized and received his anointing to begin his public ministry as the Messiah, The Son of God, to die for our sins.

Verse 26) And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolation’s are determined. It is interesting to note that verse 25 and 26 talk about the 69 weeks broken up into two parts, seven weeks, and 62 weeks, for a total of 69 weeks. This is because it took 49 years (7 weeks, or 7 X 7, or 7 Shabuwas) to rebuild the street and the wall of Jerusalem during very troublous times when the Jews enemies were trying to destroy them. Read the Book of Nehemiah for a good understanding of the history of this time period. Jesus the Messiah was crucified in 30 A.D., after the seven and 62 weeks which ended in 26 A.D. when Jesus was baptized and anointed by God to be the Messiah to begin his public ministry and die for the sins of the world. “but not for himself” he died for us. The people of the prince that shall come (notice the small “p” on prince) is talking about the anti-christ, in specific here it is talking about the Romans who are part of the devil’s people (the people of the prince that shall come) who have been around ever since Cain killed his brother Able. The Romans destroyed the city and the Temple in 70 A.D. When Titus the Roman General attacked Jerusalem and crucified around a million Jews, as Jesus predicted would happen.  “The end thereof shall be with a flood”, this is referring to the great amount of Roman soldiers that destroyed Jerusalem, and up to the great amount of soldiers of the anit-christ during the end times “and the floods of ungodly men made me afraid”. (Psalm 18:4b). “Unto to the end of the war desolation’s are determined.” This is talking about the spiritual war that we fight everyday against the devil and his demons. There will be great destruction’s and desolation’s until the end of the war when Jesus takes over the world.

Verse 27) And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the over spreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate. Here is the last seven years, or 70th week. The “he” that shall confirm the covenant is talking about the anti-christ, or “the prince that shall come” in verse 26. A covenant is some sort of an agreement, or peace treaty that will allow the Jews to rebuild their temple and re-Institute the daily sacrifices, since they don’t believe in Jesus and accept him and his forgiveness for sin. Therefore they are bound by the Old Testament laws of animal sacrifice for atonement for sins. The anti-christ will confirm this covenant. This event will start the last seven years. In the middle of the last seven years he will take away the daily sacrifice and place the abomination of desolation, until the wrath of God is poured out upon his followers and the devil is thrown into the bottomless pit and bound and chained for 1,000 years, and the anti-christ and the false prophet are thrown into the Lake of Fire. THE-LAST-7-YEARS-OR-70th-WEEK

Amen.
