The Book of Revelation contains a number of Sevens. There are Seven Letters to the Seven Churches found in Chapters 1-3. There are Seven Seals and Seven Trumpets found in Chapters 4-11. There are Seven Vials found in Chapters 15 & 16.There are Seven Candle Sticks found in Revelation Chapter 1: 12 &20. There are Seven Stars in Revelation Chapter 1:16 & 20. There are Seven Angels in Revelation 1:20. There are Seven Spirits in Chapter 1:4. There is a Lamb with Seven Horns, and Seven Eyes in Chapter 5:6. There are Seven Lamps in Chapter 4:5. There are Seven Thunders in Chapter 10:3 &4. There is a Red Dragon with Seven Heads and Seven Crowns in Chapter 12:1. There is a Leopard like beast with Seven Heads in Chapter 13:1. There is a Scarlet Colored Beast with Seven heads in Chapter 17:3. There are Seven Mountains in Chapter 17:9. There are Seven Kings in Chapter 17:10. There are Seven blessed in the Book of Revelation. Blessed is he who reads this prophecy, Chapter 1:3. Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord Chapter 14:3. Blessed is he that watches ( for the coming of Jesus) Chapter 16:15. Blessed are those bidden to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb Chapter 19:9. Blessed is he that hath part in the first resurrection, Chapter 20:6. Blessed is he that keeps the Words of this Book, Chapter 22:7. Blessed are they that do his commandments, in Chapter 22:14.

The number Seven is found many times throughout the Bible. The Sabbath was the Seventh Day. The Levitical system of the Old Testament was built on a cycle of Sevens. The Sabatic year was every Seventh Year. Jericho fell after Seven Priests, with Seven Trumpets, for Seven Days, marched around it’s walls and blew their Trumpets Seven times on the Seventh Day. Naaman dipped in the Jordan River Seven times, the Bible begins with Seven Days of Creation and ends with the Book of Sevens about the ultimate destiny of Creation. Seven is a favorite number of God in his Word. There are Seven Days in a Week. Seven notes in Music. Seven Colors in the Rainbow. In Daniel Chapter 9 there are 70 weeks of Seven Year time periods, or 7X70= 490 years. The Last Seven Years will start when the anti- christ confirms the Covenant.( See the class on Daniel Chapter 9). Since God uses the number Seven so often it must have some special significance. The number Seven stands for Completeness, Fullness, and Totality. One of the most important of all the Seven’s in the Bible is when Jesus said to forgive others Seven times Seventy. ( Matthew 18:21,22)

PROOF THAT JESUS CHRIST IS THE ONLY BEGOTTEN SON OF GOD ! Part 1

“We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts: “(II Peter 1:19). Peter who walked with Jesus and lived with Jesus and saw him do all his miracles: said that he had a more sure way of believing than all the experiences that he had with Jesus personally. The more sure way of believing that Peter had, and was talking about is fulfilled prophecy. There are over 300 hundred prophecy’s about Jesus in the Old Testament. Here are just a few: “Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.”(Isaiah 7:14). Immanuel means; “God with us”. Jesus was born of a virgin: (Mary).“And in the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent from God unto a city of Galilee, named Nazareth, to a virgin espoused to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David; and the virgin’s name was Mary. And the angel came in unto her, and said, Hail, thou that art highly favoured, the Lord is with thee: blessed art thou among women. And when she saw him, she was troubled at his saying, and cast in her mind what manner of salutation this should be. And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favour with God. And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS. He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David: and he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end. Then said Mary unto the angel, How shall this be, seeing I know not a man? And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.” (Luke 1: 26-35). “But thou, Bethlehem Ephratah, though thou be little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of thee shall he come forth unto me that is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting.” (Micah 5:2) “NOW when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judea in the days of Herod the king, behold, there came wise men from the east to Jerusalem,” (Matthew 2:1). Daniel Chapter 9 is one of the most important, and amazing prophecy’s proving that Jesus is the Messiah. (see our class on Daniel Chapter 9 ). Isaiah Chapter 53, is all about Jesus. I don’t see how anybody especially a Jewish person can read this chapter and not believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of the living God, the Messiah! Please read, and memorize this chapter, as it will greatly help you and increase your faith. The Jews took this chapter out of their Bible because it is so obvious that it is about Jesus, however when they found the Dead Sea Scrolls in the year 1947 A.D., written down hundreds of years before Christ, Low and behold the 53rd. Chapter was there with the rest of the Book of Isaiah. For some reason the Jewish people are really hard to wittiness to, and you have to really pray for them, because the devil really fights against their salvation. “And not as Moses, which put a vail over his face, that the children of Israel could not stedfastly look to the end of that which is abolished: But their minds were blinded: for until this day remaineth the same vail untaken away in the reading of the old testament; which vail is done away in Christ. But even unto this day, when Moses is read, the vail is upon their heart. ” (II Corinthians 3: 13-15). The Jews are always quoting that verse in Deuteronomy 6:4 where it says; “Hear, Oh Israel : The Lord our God is one Lord.” However in the Hebrew text which this verse was originally written in, the Hebrew word actually used refers to the plural meaning of Lord, which would be actually saying the Lord’s our God are one. Any time you add “im” on a Hebrew word it makes it plural. Elohim means the plural form of the word God. In other words the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost, the Trinity are one in Spirit and Unity, and they are also three different persons. A better English translation would have been the Lord’s our God are one. Jesus said, “I and my Father are one.” (John 10:30). Jesus was not saying he was the Father, but that he was one in unity with the Father as well as the Holy Ghost. “For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost; and these three are one.” (1 John 5:7). Jesus is the Word. “And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.” (John 1:14),You can actually know Jesus and be closer to him then his disciples were, through studying, and faith in his Word and fulfilled prophecy, and though the Holy Spirit. The 12 disciples didn’t even believe on him (except Peter and possibly James & John) until later in his ministry and after his resurrection, but you can get closer to him by increasing your faith by studying God’s Word, especially Bible Prophecy, a more sure way of knowing, as Peter said. Let these sayings sink down into your spiritual ears of your spiritual being. The Bible is like a great jigsaw puzzle. The purpose of this web site is to help you put the pieces together. Please diligently study all these lessons. “Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.” (II Timothy 2:15).

HOW OLD WILL YOU BE IN HEAVEN ?

Time is an interesting subject. We live in time now and we are controlled by time. We can see in the mirror the effect of time on our bodies through aging. Time keeps on slipping into the future. God is an invisible Spirit of Love that created everything out of nothing. God lives in another dimension called the spirit world, where time does not exist.You can’t see God and still be alive in the flesh.”No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.” ( John 1:18). “And the angel which I saw stand upon the sea and upon the earth lifted up his hand to heaven, And sware by him that liveth for ever and ever, who created heaven, and the things that therein are, and the earth, and the things that therein are, and the sea, and the things which are therein, that there should be time no longer:” (Revelation l0:5,6).These verses are talking about the time of the Rapture, when Jesus takes the saved to Heaven, and our bodies are changed into our new bodies which will last forever and never get old. I believe we will be in a perfect state at the age of maturity for a man-is around 21, and a woman around 16 or 17.Unless a person is raptured as a child, then they get to grow up in Heaven. I don’t think you will see any old people in Heaven, at least not too much older than about 21.Time for us will be no longer, in a sense, because we will not get older, but people in the flesh on earth will still be living in time on the earth and will still be aging. Even though the earth will be restored like in the days of the Garden of Eden, and the aging process will be greatly slowed down. That is why people lived so long in the early years before the flood, because there was a great covering of water around the earth that filtered out the ultra violet rays of the sun which make us age. Apparently the Lord is going to restore it. “There shall be no more thence an infant of days, nor an old man that hath not filled his days; for the child shall die and hundred years old;” (Isaiah 65:20a).This verse shows us that people who die during the Millennium, the ones who have not yet received their new bodies, will still be considered a child at 100 years old. Here is a thought that just came to me. This is the way God works, when we pour out he pours in, and we can never out pour him. People during the Millennium who get saved, when they die, they will instantly change into their new bodies and come back to life. Think about it, if they get saved, and they are still in their flesh bodies there is no place for their spirits to go except to hell, so probably God will change them right on the spot when they die, or maybe right when they get saved into their new bodies, so they can be with all the other saved people and travel from earth to the Heavenly City, which will be in the atmosphere, probably visible from the earth. Could the Heavenly City be the sign of the Son of Man that Jesus was talking about in Matthew 24:30 ? What do you think? “And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.“ The people that don’t get saved, and die during the Millennium, their spirits will go to one of the levels of hell to await the Great White Throne Judgment. The Lord might just instantly change their flesh bodies into spiritual bodies at the time of Salvation when they receive Jesus into their  hearts as their Savior. If they receive the Word which is Jesus, their names will be put in the Lambs Book of Life and they will not be cast into the lake of fire at the Great White Throne Judgment. “So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom.” (Psalm 90:12). In other words our days here are numbered. Lord help us to make the most of them. “Whereas ye know not what shall  be on the morrow, For what is your life? It is even a vapor, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away.” (James 4:14). All the things of this life are soon to pass and only what’s done for Christ will last.

THE TRUE ORIGIN OF “B.C. and A.D.”

A.D. or (ANNO DOMINI) is the Roman expression for: The year of the dominium of the Lord. This is to say the “Lord” as a title was given to the highest office of the Roman Empire. At that time this was Julius Caesar and it related to any year he was in power. B.C. or (BEFORE CAESAR) This is to say the Romans could not care less what came “BEFORE CAESAR”, and remember, the Romans ruled. Christianity adopted B.C. to mean (BEFORE CHRIST) since the Greek word for King is Christos, so it fit. God had his hand in making our Calendar, and that all people should date their calendars backward and forward from the birth of Jesus Christ. It is amazing that for over 2000 years now that the world has acknowledged the Birth of the most influential man in all history with B.C. (the time before Christ) and A.D. (Anno Domini),”In the year of OUR LORD. The Bible tells us that in the End Times the anti-christ and his forces “will think to change times and laws.” (Daniel 7:25). Recently there has been an attempt to hide the facts to the new generation by using the letters, BCE and CE to replace B.C. and A.D. BCE means before the common era, and CE refers to the common era. This is promoted by the anti-christ forces who are working in the world today. Just as the secular world tries to minimize Christianity by omitting Christ from Christmas like X mas, so also they would attack the fact of his miraculous birth. Don’t be deceived, Jesus Christ is still King of King’s, and Lord of Lord’s no matter how they try and  confuse the calendar. You can find Jesus today, in his Word. There are 89 chapters in the 4 Gospels. If we read one a day we can read all 4 Gospels in three months. That is 4 times a year completing the Gospels of Jesus Christ, Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. Beloved, there is no better way to get to know Jesus better than by doing this.

RIGHTLY DIVIDE THE WORD OF TRUTH Part 1

“AS newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby:” (I Peter 2:2 ). You can’t take a steak and give it to a baby. Babies have to start out with milk and gradually get into soft meat. It’s the same with the Word .There is milk, and then there is strong meat. Some people have known the Lord for many years, and have never grown much spiritually, because they only try to survive on a little teaspoon of spiritual food every week on Sunday morning. Sometimes we choose only what we want to try and live by in the scriptures. Instead of trying the whole smorgasbord. lt’s like going to a great Buffet and only trying a few things instead of trying some of everything. God help us to take the whole word and rightly divide it.“Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.”(II Timothy 2:15). You can’t just take one or two verses and make a doctrine out of them. You need to look at all the verses in the scriptures about a particular subject to get the full understanding and meaning. It’s like we are all being swept along by God’s great flood of his Spirit in these End Time Days, and some of us are clinging onto a rock here and there of our own pet doctrines and beliefs, instead of letting go and let God take control and go where the flood of his Spirit takes us. Jesus said, “I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now.” (John 16:12). Some of his disciples even told him “this is a hard saying; who can hear it?”(John 6:60 ). Jesus also said “And no man putteth new wine into old bottles: else the new wine doth burst the bottles, and the wine is spilled, and the bottles will be marred: but new wine must be put into new bottles.”(Mark 2:22).They used animal skins to hold Wine back in Jesus day, and sometimes the empty wine skins would dry out, and when new wine was poured into them they would crack and break. God help us not to be old bottles, but to stay moist with the water of the word, and make sure everything is backed up by scripture. Amen?

DO YOU WANT STRONG DELUSION OR THE TRUTH ?

You can’t believe that the earth is millions of years old and believe in the Bible. The Bible clearly states that the world was created by God 6,180 years ago. See the age of the earth chart  included in this message. The sun, moon, and stars were not created until the fourth day of creation. “And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years:  and let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth: and it was so. And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also. And God set them in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth, and to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness: and God saw that it was good. And the evening and the morning were the fourth day “ (Genesis 1:14-19). “In the beginning God created the Heaven and the Earth.” (Genesis 1:1). The earth is the main part of creation where God sent his Son. The Bible teaches us that these astral body’s influence our lives here on earth. “and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years:” (Genesis 1:14b). All of these stellar distances are mere theory. There is not a single star that we can see which is more than 6,180 light years away because time has only existed for 6,180 years ( as of 2020). However God created Stars, Planets, and Galaxies that are farther out than 6,180 years, we just can’t see them yet. The lights in the heavens were visible from day four. “And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also.” (Genesis 1:16). The reason the devil stirs up these false teacher demons ·to keep cramming these lies down our kids throat in public schools is because he ( the devil) is trying to destroy faith in the Bible, because you just can’t believe the earth is millions or billions of years old, or that stars are millions of light years away and believe in the Bible. There is plenty of proof that the Bible is true from fulfilled prophecy and there is no proof that their lies of evolution are true! It’s a crying shame that we have to pay our hard earned tax dollars to pay for these devils to teach our children lies. “The wisdom of this world is foolishness with God.” (I Corinthians 3:19). Maybe you should pray about home schooling your children, The Lord showed me that the public school system spiritually is like the horrible god molech which the children of Israel would throw their children into its belly where a raging fire would burn them up. This is one of the main reasons why God’s judgments came down upon them so heavy in 586 B.C., when Babylon destroyed Jerusalem. “Thou shalt not cause thy children to pass thru the fire” (Leviticus 18:21 ).“And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.” (II Thessalonians 2:10-12).

WHERE IS HEAVEN COMING FROM ?

Thirty-five hundred years ago in the book of Job in the Old Testament, (the first book written in the Bible) God gave us two amazing scientific facts in one verse. Job 26:7 says, “He stretcheth out the north over the empty place, and hangeth the earth upon nothing.” One scientific fact is that the earth is hung in space upon nothing. History tells us that man did not know this, but what man did believe about the earth was scientifically in error. The Egyptians, for example, believed that the earth was a saucer held up by four pillars with a ring of mountains around the edge to keep the water from running off. The Greeks believed that the earth rested upon the back of Atlas. Because this theory was so popular and widespread, we still see its effects today. For example, when you obtain a book of maps it is called an Atlas. The Hindus believed that the earth was carried on an elephant’s back and that the elephant was standing on a turtle swimming in a cosmic sea. When Columbus discovered America in 1492 A.D. most people believed the world was flat, and that if you went to far you would fall off into oblivion.“It is He that sitteth upon the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers.” (Isaiah 40:22). Reading this scripture is said to have given Columbus the faith to launch out on his epic voyage to discover the New World.Columbus believed this scripture that the earth was a circle, and was not afraid of falling off if he sailed too far. Amazingly the Bible does not include any myths and fairy tales, but simply stated that the earth was hung upon nothing. Science cannot give us a better description than this. Here is another amazing scientific fact. There is an empty place or void in the north of our universe. It was first discovered with the 200-inch telescope on Mount Palomar, California, and is now being studied by three separate observatories across the country. Lucifer (Satan) in his rebellion (when he tried to overthrow God) spoke of this void in the north. “For thou hast said in thine heart, I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the side of the north.” (Isaiah 14:13). This must refer to this empty corridor in the north where there are no stars. Heaven is thought to be originally from there. One fascinating passage is found in Psalms 48:1-2. “Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised in the city of our God, in the mountain of his holiness. Beautiful for situation, the joy of the whole earth, is Mount Zion, on the sides of the north, the city of the great King.” Without a doubt, this is a reference to the New Jerusalem and not to the earthly Jerusalem. “But you are come unto mount Zion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels” (Hebrew 12:22). “When the Bible says, “Beautiful for situation,” as the verse continues to explain, it is a reference to the fact that the city is or, was originally located in the north of our universe. From “the sides of the north” God has a beautiful overview of the entire universe and of the whole earth. The Heavenly City described in the book of Revelations Chapter 22 is on it’s way to earth, where it will be located forever after the 1000 years,the Millennium. ( See our class on Revelation Chapters 21 & 22). It appears from a study of the Scriptures that Heaven is or was located in the North in our universe. When they would offer the sacrifices in the Old Testament they would offer them northward toward the Lord. Notice what Moses said in Leviticus 1:11, “And he shall kill it on the side of the altar northward before the Lord: and the priests, Aaron’s sons, shall sprinkle his blood round about upon the altar.” The implication is clear that the Lord was at that time in the north. “Northward before the Lord,” says God’s Word. North is always the same direction from this planet no matter what time of day. If you were to point to the north in the morning, twelve hours later you would still be pointing in the same direction. No matter where the earth is in it’s orbit about the sun, north is always the same direction in relationship to the earth. So no matter what time of day or what time of year, north is always the same direction. One day this New Jerusalem will come down from heaven to the new earth according to Revelation 21:1,2. “And I saw a new heaven and a new earth; for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea. And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.”We saved believers have a home in heaven waiting for us in this Heavenly City, the New Jerusalem. Jesus tells us, “In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there you may be also.” (John 14:2,3).

THE JEWISH TEMPLE IN BIBLE PROPHECY

“Fear ye not, neither be afraid: have not I told thee from that time, and have declared it? ye are even my witnesses. Is there a God beside me? yea, there is no God; I know not any.”( Isaiah 44:8). “That saith of Cyrus, He is my shepherd, and shall perform all my pleasure: even saying to Jerusalem, Thou shalt be built; and to the temple, Thy foundation shall be laid.”( Isaiah 44:28).”THUS SAITH the Lord to his anointed, to Cyrus, whose right hand I have holden, to subdue nations before him; and I will loose the loins of kings, to open before him the two leaved gates; and the gates shall not be shut;” ( Isaiah 45:1). These prophecies were written by Isaiah the prophet who was sawed in half by his enemies. Isaiah prophesied from 745-695 B.C., Isaiah died 150 years before the days of King Cyrus of the Persian Empire. Cyrus reigned from 538-529 B.C. The leaved gates are referring to the Babylon Empire, which he conquered with the Medes. Isaiah spoke of Cyrus before he was even born,even naming him by his name, Cyrus. King Cyrus permitted the Jews to return to Jerusalem, and issued a decree authorizing and allowing the rebuilding of the Temple. The commandment to restore and build Jerusalem was later given by King Artaxerxes of Persia in 457 B.C. Fulfilling the beginning of the great prophecy of Daniel Chapter 9.( see our class on Daniel Chapter 9 for an in depth study of this amazing and important prophecy concerning Jesus.) “Now in the first year of Cyrus King of Persia, that the word of the Lord spoken by the mouth of Jeremiah might be accomplished, the Lord stirred up the spirit of Cyrus King of Persia, that he made a proclamation throughout all his kingdom, and put it also in writing, saying, Thus saith Cyrus King of Persia, All the kingdoms of the earth hath the Lord God of heaven given me; and he hath charged me to build him an house in Jerusalem, which is in Judah.” (II Chronicles 36:22,23a). This proclamation from Cyrus was concerning the second Temple after the first one was destroyed by Nebuchadnezzar King of Babylon in 586 B.C. The Jewish Temple has always been an important part of Bible Prophecy, especially in The End-times.The second Temple which was finished during the time of King Herod of Jerusalem, was destroyed in 70 A.D. By the Romans, lead by General Titus of the Roman Empire. The third and final Temple is soon to be rebuilt, and the devil possessed anti-Christ will rule from there, proclaiming himself God. The Jews want to rebuild the Temple, where the Mosque of Omar now stands. Called the Dome of the Rock ,which is built over the rock said to be the place where Abraham was going to offer Isaac upon, and where the Muslims believe that Mohammad ascended to heaven upon a horse. However recently some new information has been revealed which is being debated, that the Temple destroyed by the Romans was actually near the Dome of the Rock in the Old City of David where the Gihon Springs serviced the Temple purification rites, and that where the Dome of Rock now stands was part of a fort that housed Roman soldiers. This means that the Temple could be rebuilt at any time with out removing the Dome of the Rock. The Orthodox Jews are strongly against this debate, we will see what happens.

Living Waters

The Bible is a Living book .You can read a verse many times and get something new from the Lord about it every time. It is truly Living Waters. The Lord will speak to you right out of the pages. It is magical and supernatural. My Son James used to sleep every night with the Bible right on his chest. I think he still does a lot of times. Good idea !The Bible has power! The Bible is divinely inspired. The devil hates the Bible. “All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness”.( II Timothy 3: 16). The Bible is a collection of 66 books written over a 1500 year period by 40 different authors who were Prophets and Men of God. There are 39 books in the Old Testament and 27 in the New Testament. The Old Testament was written in Hebrew. The New Testament was written in Greek, and Aramaic. The Old Testament was translated into Greek in 250 B.C. under the reign of King Philadelphus of Greece. This is an established historical fact taught in all colleges and universities. It is called “The Septuagint”. The Old & New Testament was translated into English in 1611 under the reign of King James of England. At this time the English language was at it’s most beautiful state. The whole Bible is about one main theme, Jesus Christ and his birth, and life, and death, and resurrection, and his return again. There are hundreds of fulfilled prophecies proving it was written under the inspiration of God. Like King David said “My tongue is the pen of a ready writer.”(Psalm 45:1b).Peter said “We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts:” (II Peter 1:19).“knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.” (2 Peter 1:20-21).The fulfilled prophecies in the Bible are a more sure way of knowing that Jesus is the Son of God, who died for our sins and rose from the dead, than even seeing Jesus personally and following him as the disciples did and witnessed all his miracles and his Resurrection. The Bible has wisdom, and builds faith. “So then Faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God.” (Romans 10:17). So if you want more faith, read more of The Bible. The Bible is our guide, our road map through life. It is a love letter to you from the creator of all things. When you read it you can find help, and comfort, and strength and encouragement. Please don’t neglect reading the Bible . You need the spiritual nourishment from it, just as your body needs food to live on, so also does your spirit need the spiritual nourishment from Gods Word, “Neither have I gone back from the commandment of his lips; I have esteemed the Words of his mouth more than my necessary food.”(Job 23:12). The Bible teaches us how to love, and be loved, and how to forgive, and be forgiven. “The law of thy mouth is better unto me than thousands of gold and silver.”(Psalm 119:72).The Bible is a treasure chest just waiting to be opened. Your relationship with Jesus and his Bible is the most valuable thing you have. “If they speak not according to this Word, it is because there is no light in them. “(Isaiah 8:20).“Thy Word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. “(Psalm 119:105). Don’t go stumbling around. Take the light of God’s Word with you. Here is a challenge for you. If you don’t understand the Book of Daniel, and Revelation, and Matthew Chapter 24 well enough to teach it to others, then why not? If you can’t, you need to ask the Lord for more of a hunger for his Word, or you are really missing out on some real faith building and spiritual strength.

LOOK TO THE FUTURE

The very fact that you’re still alive proves that God is not finished with you. Paul said, it would be better for him to go on and be with the Lord, but it was more needful for us that he still remained alive in the flesh to minister the Word of God to us. The Lord used him greatly to write the inspired scriptures to us. The Bible tells us “Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do,forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus “(Philippians 3:13,14 )

What does that mean? Well it is different for each of us. If you have children, then your job from God is obvious. You are to do your best to take care of them, most of all spiritually and train them in the ways of the Lord, and his Word. Beloved this is not a suggestion but it is a commandment from the Lord. Forget the things that are behind. Do you really have time to dwell on your past? Especially your sins and mistakes? Toynbee said “The only thing that we learn from history is that we never learn from history.”God help us, this should not be the case for believers.The Lord wants us to learn from our mistakes and not to make them again, and even make progress.The Future is as bright as the promises of God! “But the path of the just is as the shinning light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day.” (Proverbs 4:18). Ask by faith for forgiveness, believe God’s Word that you are forgiven, forgive others, and yourself, and press forward in your Christian life, and remember that someday soon we will see Jesus, and do you want him to say to you? “Well done thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy Lord.”(Matthew 25:23). You can’t live on your past glory’s either. “There is no man that hath power over the spirit to retain the spirit; neither hath he power in the day of death: and there is no discharge in that war; neither shall wickedness deliver those that are given to it.”(Ecclesiastes 8: 8 ).
You don’t retire ever from the Lord’s service! Remember only the good things that God has blessed you with and all the miracles he has done for you and draw strength from them and praise and thank him for all those good blessings and great and little miracles he has done for you. There are so many big and little miracles he has done for you. Write them down and reflect back on them. Are little miracles and small things important? You bet they are.The loss of a NAIL caused the loss of a shoe, and the loss of a shoe caused the loss of a horse, and the loss of a horse caused the loss of a King, and the loss of a King caused the loss of a kingdom. all because of one little nail.
