Verse 1-5) And I looked and, lo, a Lamb stood on the mount Zion, and with him an hundred forty and four thousand, having his Father’s name written in their foreheads. And I heard a voice from heaven, as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of a great thunder: and I heard the voice of harpers harping with their harps: And they sung as it were a new song before the throne, and before the four beast, and the elders: and no man could learn that song but the hundred and forty and four thousand, which were redeemed from the earth. These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb whithersosever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb. And in their mouth was found no guile: for they are without fault before the throne of God. (John 1:29 ) Jesus is the Lamb of God. Mount Zion refers to Jerusalem and Israel. The hundred and forty four thousand were also mentioned in our study in Revelation Chapter 7. God’s name in their foreheads could be referring to the seal that was placed on them. God has many names, Jehovah, I Am, Heavenly Father, Ancient of Days, etc. We don’t know which name this is referring too. We will have to wait and find out. WE DO KNOW the only way to get to the Heavenly Father, God, is through his Son Jesus Christ. “ Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the father , but by me.” ( John 14:6). Maybe the name in their foreheads will be Jesus ,since he is part of the Trinity and one with God spiritually. “ I and my Father are one.” ( John 10:30). We don’t know what the song is. Maybe the reason that no man could learn this song is because it is in Hebrew. The 144,000 we know are Jews, or perhaps this is symbolic of this special elite group of people. These are God’s special forces. Not being defiled with women is also spiritually significant and symbolic. They are not defiled by Babylon the whore and all the other harlots or cities and their idols and abominations. Being virgins has also a spiritual meaning which is that they are following Jesus and are born again, and cleansed by his blood. “ But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.” ( I John 1:7). Many of these 144,000 will probably be women.They are Spiritual virgins and separate from the world. “The first fruits unto God and the Lamb,” could be referring to the first Jewish converts in Israel to Jesus during the last seven years, who become the leaders and teachers of the other converts. The Catholics use this verse, “being virgins”, and “not defiled with women”, to support their doctrine of Priest’s and Nun’s not being married. What a sad waste. How can anybody lead others who have families but have not had any of their own? “In their mouth was found no guile”, the worse type of guile is false doctrine, especially denying that Jesus is the Son of God and the only way to God and Salvation is by grace through faith, and not of works. “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.” ( Ephesians 2:8,9).

Verse 6,7) And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people,” “Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.No big bang, no evolution theory, just get back to the Bible and Creation. (Genesis Chapter 1). There will be angels flying around and preaching the Gospel. The people will be without excuse.

Verses 8-10) And there followed another angel saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication. And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation: and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb: These verses speak of the Seven Vials of the Wrath of God which takes place on the earth while all the saved are having a big party in Heaven called the Marriage Supper of the Lamb.  God will give you grace and strength to not take the mark “There hath no temptation taken you but such is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.” ( I Corinthians 10:13). God will make a way of escape, or give you the grace and anointing to refuse the mark. “ And they that understand among the people shall instruct many: yet they shall fall by the sword, and by flame, by captivity, and by spoil, many days. Now when they shall fall, they shall be holpen with a little help:” ( Daniel 11: 33,34a). A little help from God, and Jesus, and the Holy Spirit is a lot of help.

Verse 11-13) And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name. Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus. And I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Write, Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord from henceforth: Yea, saith the Spirit, that they may rest from their labours; and their works do follow them. Notice it says the smoke of their torment acsendeth up forever and ever, not their torment forever. God will someday give them another chance after going through a time of torment and hell. Just like when Jesus went to hell and preached to the spirits in prison when his body was in the tomb. The patience of the saints comes from knowing the future for the saved and the future of the unsaved. There is no rest for the unsaved, day and night. “ But the wicked are like the troubled sea, when it can- not rest, whose waters cast up mire and dirt.” ( Isaiah 57: 20) “ Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints.”( Psalm 116:15) God has a special place in his heart for those who give their lives for the Lord and special rewards especially for those who take up their cross daily for Jesus ( Luke 9: 23,24). “ Their works do follow them.”This is referring to the souls that you win, or help win for Jesus, that you will see in Heaven forever.

Verse 14-16) And I looked, and behold a white cloud, and upon the cloud one sat like unto the Son of man, having on his head a golden crown, and in his hand a sharp sickle. And another angel came out of the temple, crying with a loud voice to him that sat on the cloud, Thrust in thy sickle, and reap; for the time is come for thee to reap; for the harvest of the earth is ripe. And he that sat on the cloud thrust in his sickle on the earth; and the earth was reaped. These verses are talking about the Rapture, when Jesus takes all the saved to Heaven, which takes place Immediately after the Great Tribulation and the mark of the beast. (SEE: Matthew 24:15-31)

Verse 17-20)And another angel came out of the temple which is in heaven, he also having a sharp sickle. And another angel came out from the altar, which had power over fire; and cried with a loud cry to him that had the sharp sickle, saying, “ Thrust in thy sharp sickle, and gather the clusters of the vine of the earth; for her grapes are fully ripe. And the angel thrust in his sickle into the earth, and gathered the vine of the earth, and cast it into the great winepress of the wrath of God. And the winepress was trodden without the city, and blood came out of the winepress, even unto the horse bridles, by the space of a thousand six hundred furlongs. These verses take us from the Rapture to the battle of Armageddon when the cup of iniquity of the unsaved is completely full. A furlong is 220 yards. Times 1,600 furlongs = 352,000 yards divided by 3 ft. in a yard = 117,333.33 ft. divided by 5,280 ft.(feet in a mile) = 22.222 miles. That is a lot of blood, over 22 miles of blood up to the horses bridles resulting from the Battle of Armageddon when Jesus takes over the world and destroys the armies of this world and the devil.

Say this prayer to be saved: Jesus, I want to know you, and to live forever in Heaven, I know I have made mistakes and done bad things- and I am sorry. Please forgive me. I know I don’t deserve it, but I accept your love and I accept you as my Saviour. I believe you died on the cross for my sins ,and rose from the dead. Please come into my heart and life and fill me with your Holy Spirit and give me peace. Amen.

Verse 1-3) “AND I saw another sign in heaven, great and marvellous, seven angels having the seven last plagues; for in them is filled up the wrath of God. And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire: and them that had gotten the victory over the beast, and over his image, and over his mark , and over the number of his name, stand on the sea of glass, having the harps of God. And they sing the song of Moses the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, Great and marvellous are thy works, Lord God Almighty; just and true are thy ways, thou King of saints. ” These verses take us to the saved in Heaven after the Rapture, and the angels prepare to pour out the vials of the wrath of God upon the earth.

Verse 4-8) “Who shall not fear thee, O Lord, and glorify thy name? for thou only art holy: for all nations shall come and worship before thee; for thy judgments are made manifest. And after that I looked, and , behold, the temple of the tabernacle of the testimony in heaven was opened: And the seven angels came out of the temple, having the seven plagues, clothed in pure and white linen, and having their breast girded with golden girdles. And one of the four beast gave unto the seven angels seven golden vials full of the wrath of God, who liveth for ever and ever. And the temple was filled with smoke from the glory of God, and from his power; and no man was able to enter into the temple, till the seven plagues of the seven angels were fulfilled.”  This Temple sounds like the same Temple that we read about were the Ark of The Covenant was found in Heaven in Revelations 11:19, “And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple the ark of his testament: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great hail.” The Seven Angels of God’s Wrath prepare to pour out their vials upon the earth. Thank God we who are saved will not be on the earth at this time.

Verse 3) “And the second angel poured out his vial upon the sea; and it became as the blood of a dead man: and every living soul died in the sea.” The trumpets before the Rapture bring on destruction in thirds, while the vials bring on almost total destruction.

(Verse 4-7) “And the third angel poured out his vial upon the rivers and fountains of waters; and they became blood. And I heard the angel of the waters say, Thou art righteous, O Lord, which art, and wast, and shalt be, because thou hast judged thus. For they have shed the blood of saints and prophets, and thou hast given them blood to drink; for they are worthy. And I heard another out of the altar say, Even so, Lord God Almighty, true and righteous are thy judgments.” It is going to be extremely hard to get a clean glass of water in these days for the unsaved left on the earth after the Rapture. Why would anybody not want to receive Jesus and escape the wrath of God? Jesus said; “He that believeth on the Son hath ever lasting life and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abideth on him.” ( John 3:36). This will be a great time for vampires. So all you Vampire movie watcher fans will have something to look forward too. Because the anti-christ worshippers will kill many of our brothers and sisters, God is going to give them blood to drink. “the judgments of the Lord are true and righteous all together.” ( Psalm 19:9b) The wheel of God’s judgments sometime grinds exceedingly slow, but exceedingly fine.

(Verse 8,9) “And the forth angel poured out his vial upon the sun; and power was given unto him to scorch men with fire. And men were scorched with great heat, and blasphemed the name of God, which hath power over these plagues: and they repented not to give him glory.” There will be great solar flares and activity in the sun which will heat up the earth. Talk about “global warming”. Even during all these plagues people still will not repent and turn to God. “The Lord is not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.” ( II Peter 3:9).

(Verse 10,11) “And the fifth angel poured out his vial upon the seat of the beast; and his kingdom was full of darkness; and they gnawed their tongues for pain, And blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores, and repented not of their deeds.” This fifth vial deals with the headquarters of the anti-christ and could be the result of nuclear warfare which can cause electrical blackouts and malfunctions called EMP’s or electronic magnetic pulses, and could effect those that have the mark of the beast and cause them to have great pains and even gnawing their tongues because of the pain, because the mark of the beast is connected to their computers. Electric power grids will be effected causing great darkness.Their pains and sores could also come from plagues and pestilences. Some are even man made, such as bio-chemical warfare.

(Verse 12) And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared.” The Euphrates River will be dried up so it will be easy for the armies of the kings of the east to come to the battle of Armageddon.

(Verse 13,14) “And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the false prophet. For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of the great day of God Almighty.” These three unclean spirits that come out of the mouth of the devil and the false prophet that look like frogs and work miracles are assigned from the devil with a special mission to bring the armies of the world together for the battle of Armageddon.

(Verse 15) “Behold, I come as a thief, Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.” The Lord will come as a thief in the night to those who don’t know the signs of his coming and to those who are not saved and prepared and watching.

(Verse 16-21) “And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon. And the seventh angel poured out his vial into the air; and there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, it is done. And there were voices, and thunders, and lightnings; and there was a great earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth, so mighty an earthquake, and so great. And the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell: and great Babylon came in remembrance before God, to give unto her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath. And every island fled away, and the mountains were not found. And there fell upon men a great hail out of heaven, every stone about the weight of a talent: and men blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail; for the plague thereof was exceeding great.” The seventh vial is the battle of Armageddon, and also the great earthquake when Jesus touches down on the Mount of Olives it will split in the middle and there will be a very great valley resulting from that earthquake. “ And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west, and there shall be a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north and half of it toward the south. “ and the Lord my God shall come, and all the saints with thee:”  (Zechariah 14:4,5b). Recently a fault was discovered in the mount of Olives, and building activities were halted ( another sign of the times). The great city dividing into three parts as a result from the great earthquake is probably referring to Jerusalem, since most of Bible prophecy centers around Jerusalem and Israel, and at this time Jerusalem is the world capital of the anti-christ before Jesus kicks him out into the lake of fire along with the false prophet. Some people think this passage about Babylon could be taking about New York City. However Jerusalem is referred to in the scriptures as “the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt where also our Lord was crucified.” ( Revelation 11:8b). This is obviously talking about Jerusalem. It also says “ and the cities of the nations fell.” (Revelation 16:19a). It sounds like this great earthquake is going to be felt world wide. Babylon is ultimately fulfilled in Jerusalem during the Antichrist’s reign, New York, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Los Angeles, Lost Vegas, Moscow,to mention a few, are components of Babylon the whore. America the greatest nation ever has not been left out of Bible Prophecy. It seems that all the great city systems of man and the devil comprise to make up Babylon the great whore, ultimately fulfilled in Jerusalem at the time of the anti-christ reign. “ Every island fled away and the mountains were not found.” (Revelation 16:20) This could be a jump into the future to the time when God makes a new heaven and a new earth after the Great White Throne Judgment and the thousand year reign of Christ, or it could be God preparing the earth for the 1000 year reign of Jesus Christ on earth, also called the Millennium. The hail stones about the weight of a talent which is around a hundred pounds could be talking about volcanic explosions shooting out huge rocks, or fallout from nuclear bombs, or literal hail stones falling from the heavens. Sometimes in the book of Revelation, different verses are literal, or symbolic, or John is just describing things he sees in his visions the best he can and relating them to us from things of his day. The Book of Revelation is a continuous revelation, and the Lord reveals more to us, and makes things more clearer as we move forward in time to the days when these prophecies are  beginning to be fulfilled.

Verse 1-5) “AND THERE came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; I will show unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters: With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication. So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns. And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication: And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.” The destruction of Babylon the whore takes place during the Wrath of God when the seven vials are poured out. Some people believe that Babylon the whore is New York City, or the United Sates, which are components of Babylon the whore. We talked about Babylon in Revelation Chapter 16:16-21, which is ultimately fulfilled in Jerusalem at the time of the Anti-christ reign. “the Great City Babylon spiritually called Sodom and Egypt where also our Lord was crucified,” (Revelation 11:8b). This verse is obviously referring to Jerusalem. The Great Whore sitting on many waters is symbolic of the masses of peoples of the world who are oppressed by the Great Whore. ( Revelation 17:15).The kings and inhabitants of the earth are spiritually drunk from the wine of her spiritual fornication and their worship of false gods and idolatry. The scarlet coloured beast full of names of blasphemy having seven heads and ten horns show that the whore has been around for a long time. The seven heads are the seven world empires and the ten horns are the end time nations that join with the anti-christ. We studied this in Daniel Chapters 2,7,8,& 11 and also Revelation Chapter 13. Mystery Babylon is a good name for her because it seems that most people don’t understand who she is. She is the whore decked with fine gold and precious stones and pearls that the world runs after in their pursuit of spiritual fornication and Idol worship symbolized by the golden cup full of abominations and spiritual filthiness. The scarlet color is symbolic of sin. “ Come now, and let us reason together, saith the Lord: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.” ( Isaiah 1: 18). This is the way God sees things spiritually. The Great Whore Babylon is all of the cities of man through out time that people gather at to work for and worship their idols and commit spiritual fornication. The great whore the mother of harlots (Cities) is ultimately fulfilled in Jerusalem at the time of the anti-christ’s reign. So Memphis (Egypt), Babylon, Athens (Greece), Rome (Italy), New York, etc, etc. All of the major cities of man through out time beginning when Cain went out from the presence of the Lord and built a city, have been a whore in the eyes of God where the peoples of the world go to commit spiritual fornication. Jerusalem becomes the mother of harlots when the abomination of desolation is placed, and the devil possessed anti- christ rules from the Temple.“When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)” (Matthew 24:15) “How is the faithful city become an harlot!” (Isaiah 1:21a). “and thou hadst a whore’s forehead, thou refusedst to be ashamed.” (Jeremiah 3: 3b).

Verse 6,7) “And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration. And the angel said unto me, Wherefore didst thou marvel? I will tell thee the mystery of the woman, and of the beast that carrieth her, which hath the seven heads and ten horns.” The spiritual whore Babylon has been responsible for killing God’s people through out all time, especially Jerusalem. “O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not!” (Matthew 23: 37). Jesus Christ, The Son of God was even killed in Jerusalem.

Verse 3-7) “For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies. And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues. For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities. Reward her even as she rewarded you, and double unto her double according to her works: in the cup which she hath filled fill to her double. How much she hath glorified herself, and lived deliciously, so much torment and sorrow give her: for she saith in her heart, I sit a queen, and am no widow, and shall see no sorrow.” These verses are talking about the SPIRITUAL fornication with the world and Babylon and her riches and idols. God tells his people to come out of the whore Babylon, Jesus said; “If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.”  (John 15:19).“ I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil.” (John 17:15).We are not to be a part of the world in our hearts. The word World comes from the Greek word “ cosmos” which means the established order of events. During the Great Tribulation God’s people will literally have to flee out of the system and hide in the mountains from the Anti-Christ (at least the people of God in Israel will). “Then let them which be in Judae’-a flee into the mountains.” (Matthew 24:16). Whole nations will fight the A.C. During this time. The Lord wants us to remember that we are not to love or be a part of the World in our hearts, and certainly not to take the mark of the Beast! “Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that friendship of the world is enmity with God? Whosoever therefore will be a friend of the World is the enemy of God.” (James 4:4). This is talking about spiritual adultery.  “Love not the world neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. And the world passeth away and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth forever.” (I John 2:15-17).It seems from this verse that even the saints who were persecuted will help with the Judgement of Babylon the Whore.

Verse 8-19) “Therefore shall her plagues come in one day, death, and mourning, and famine; and she shall be utterly burned with fire: for strong is the Lord God who judgeth her. And the kings of the earth, who have committed fornication and lived deliciously with her, shall bewail her, and lament for her, when they shall see the smoke of her burning, Standing afar off for the fear of her torment, saying, Alas, alas, that great city Babylon, that mighty city! For in one hour is thy judgment come. And the merchants of the earth shall weep and mourn over her; for no man buyeth their merchandise any more: The merchandise of gold, and silver, and precious stones, and of pearls, and fine linen, and purple, and silk, and scarlet, and all thyine wood, and all manner vessels of ivory, and all manner vessels of most precious wood, and of brass, and iron, and marble, And cinnamon, and odours, and ointments, and frankincense, and wine, and oil, and flour, and wheat, and beasts, and sheep, and horses, and chariots, and slaves, and souls of men. And the fruits that thy soul lusted after are departed from thee, and all things which were dainty and goodly are departed from thee, and thou shalt find them no more at all. The merchants of these things, which were made rich by her, shall stand afar off for the fear of her torment, weeping and wailing, And saying, Alas, alas, that great city, that was clothed in fine linen, and purple, and scarlet, and decked with gold, and precious stones, and pearls! For in one hour so great riches is come to nought. And every ship master, and all the company in ships, and sailors, and as many as trade by sea, stood afar off, And cried when they saw the smoke of her burning saying, What city is like unto this great city! And they cast dust on their heads, and cried, weeping and wailing, saying, Alas,alas, that great city, wherein were made rich all that had ships in the sea by reason of her costliness! For in one hour is she made desolate. Rejoice over her thou heaven, and ye holy Apostles and prophets; for God hath avenged you on her. And a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast it into the sea, saying, Thus with violence shall that great city Babylon be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all. And the voice of harpers, and musicians, and of pipers, and trumpeters, shall be heard no more at all in thee; and no craftsman, of whatsoever craft he be, shall be found any more in thee; and the sound of a millstone shall be heard no more at all in thee; And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived.” These verses tell us of the destruction of Babylon the Great Whore.This sounds like it could possibly be the destruction of New York City, which is definitely a main part of Babylon the Whore, by a nuclear bomb or bombs,or an earthquake,or some other destruction in only one hour. We know from the scriptures that Jerusalem will not utterly be destroyed like this great city of Babylon, because Jesus Christ himself will cleanse the Temple after the Battle of Armageddon, and rule the world from Jerusalem.At the time of the devil possessed anti-christ regin Jerusalem will be the epitome of Babylon the Whore.

Verse 24) “And in her was found the blood of prophets and of saints, and of all that were slain upon the earth.” This confirms again that Jerusalem is ultimately Babylon the Great Whore where the anti-christ will reign. “O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee.” (Matthew 23:37a). It must be very important to the Lord that you find out what he thinks about Babylon the Whore, because he devoted two whole chapters and many other verse in the Bible about this subject.The sins of the flesh are nothing compared to the sins of the spirit. Are you committing spiritual adultery and fornication with Babylon the Whore? May God help us all!

Verse 5-9) “And a voice came out of the throne, saying, Praise our God, all ye his servants, and ye that fear him, both small and great. And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipitent reigneth. Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: For the marriage of the lamb is come , and his wife hath made herself ready. And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white; for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints. And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God”. The Lord takes John into the future to the great Marriage supper of the Lamb in Heaven right after the Rapture, when all the saved (The bride, the Lambs wife) will see Jesus, and all the Disciples, and Prophets, and all the believers, throughout time. What a wonderful time that will be. You don’t want to miss out on this feast. Make sure you have gotten your reservation by asking Jesus to come into your heart, and accepting him as your Saviour. You will also get your rewards for what you did for Jesus in your life time on earth. All the things of this life are soon to pass, and only what is done for Christ shall last. Jesus our King of kings will rule forever ! ! !

Verse 10) “And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellow servant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.” This verse shows us that God sometimes uses Christian believers who have gone on to be with the Lord as Angels and messengers, God doesn’t want us to worship Angels. “ The testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.” This means that the main point and theme of the whole Bible from the Old Testament to the New Testament is about Jesus. The Old Testament is the New Testament concealed, and the New Testament is the Old Testament revealed.

Verse 11-13) “And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war. His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew but he himself. And he was clothed in a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called the Word of God.” This horse and rider sounds like the same one that we studied in Revelation Chapter 6, and is obviously Jesus. The vesture dipped in blood is symbolic of the power of the blood of Jesus which cleanses us from all our sins. “But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ, his Son cleanseth us from all sin.” (I John 1:7). The many crowns on his head is symbolic of Jesus being the King of Kings. Jesus is the Word of God and no man can totally know it but Jesus and God and The Holy Spirit.That is why the Word is like fountains of living water, and continual revelations forever. “And the word was made flesh and dwelt among us and we beheld his glory as the only begotten of the father full of grace and truth.” (John 1:14).

Verse 14) “And the armies which were in Heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen white and clean.” This verse is talking about when Jesus and his armies ride out of heaven to take over the world from the devil possessed anti-christ and his forces, after the marriage supper of the Lamb. The white linen is symbolic of the righteousness of the saints cleansed by the blood of Jesus. “They that are with him are called and chosen and faithful.” (Revelation 17:14)

Verse 15) “And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron; and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.” “The Word of God is quick and powerful and sharper than any two edged sword” (Hebrews 4:12a). The sword that comes out of his mouth is symbolic of the power of his Word.

Verse 16) “And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS.” Jesus is coming back to rule the world. He will make his followers kings of nations, and he will be the King of all the kings !

Verse 17-18) “And I saw an Angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowels that fly in the midst of heaven, Come and gather yourselves together unto the supper of the great God; That ye may eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of captains, and the flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of horses, and of them that set on them, and the flesh of all men, both free and bond, both small and great.” There is going to be a lot of dead bodies for the birds to eat after the battle of Armageddon. It will take seven months to bury the dead bodies, and bones from the battle of Armageddon.“And it shall come to pass in that day, that I will give unto Gog a place there of graves in Israel, the valley of the passengers on the east of the sea: and it shall stop the noses of the passengers: and there shall they bury Gog and all his multitude: and they shall call it The valley of Hamon-gog. And seven months shall the house of Israel be burying of them, that they may cleanse the land. Yea, all the people of the land shall bury them; and it shall be to them a renown the day that I shall be glorified, saith the Lord God. And they shall sever out men of continual employment, passing through the land to bury with the passengers those that remain upon the face of the earth, to cleanse it: after the end of seven months shall they search. And the passengers that pass through the land, when any seeth a man’s bone, then shall he set up a sign by it, till the buriers have buried it in the valley of Hamon-gog. And also the name of the city shall be Hamonah. Thus shall they cleanse the land. And, thou son of man, thus saith the Lord God; Speak unto every feathered fowl, and to every beast of the field, Assemble yourselves, and come; gather yourselves on every side to my sacrifice that I do sacrifice for you, even a great sacrifice upon the mountains of Israel, that ye may eat flesh, and drink blood. Ye shall eat the flesh of the mighty, and drink the blood of the princes of the earth, of rams, of lambs, and of goats, of bullocks, all of them fatlings of Bashan. And ye shall eat fat till ye be full, and drink blood till ye be drunken, of my sacrifice which I have sacrificed for you. Thus ye shall be filled at my table with horses and chariots, with mighty men, and with all men of war, saith the Lord God.”(Ezekiel 39:11-20)

Verse 19.) “And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against him that sat on the horse, and against his army.” How is the anti-christ going to deceive all of these armies to fight against Jesus Christ ? Could it be that he will tell them the earth is being invaded by aliens from outer space ?

Verse 20) “And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had worshiped the mark of the beast, and them that worshiped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.” The anti-christ and the false prophet are thrown into a Lake of Fire after the Battle of Armageddon. Apparently they had both given themselves over to the devil, even before the anti-christ will be assassinated, and come back to life when the devil enters his body, possibly through the image of the beast ?

Verse 21) “And the remnant were slain with the sword of him that sat upon the horse, which sword proceeded out of his mouth: and all the fowls were filled with their flesh.” Jesus destroys the anti-christ’s army with the sword of his Word. He will give the command for his army to utterly destroy the anti-christ’s army, and his army will have no casualties. Then the one thousand year reign of Jesus Christ begins on earth.

Verse 4) “And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, nether had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.” Some of the saved people will rule and reign with Jesus during the Millennium and beyond. They will even be judging the unsaved. Many of these believers were beheaded by the anti-christ forces. Muslims practice this form of execution perhaps the anti-christ will be Muslim or pro Muslim. The Bible says the anti-christ will be “a king of fierce countenance and understanding dark sentences.” Sharia Law?  “And in the latter time of their kingdom, when the transgressors are come to the full, a king of fierce countenance, and understanding dark sentences, shall stand up. And his power shall be mighty, but not by his own power: and he shall destroy wonderfully, and shall prosper, and practise, and shall destroy the mighty and the holy people.” (Daniel 8: 23,24)

Verse 5,6) “But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection. Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.” Verse 4 is taking about the first resurrection of saved people. If your only born once then you will die twice, but if you’re born twice you will only die once, and if you live until the Rapture you won’t even have to die once. So make sure you are Born Again by asking Jesus Christ to come into your heart. The first resurrection takes place at the Rapture. The second death takes place when the unsaved dead are resurrected for the Great White Throne Judgment. “For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, and with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air : and so shall we ever be with the Lord.” ( I Thessalonians 4:16,17) That’s why it says “blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection,” They are blessed because they are going to the Marriage Supper of The Lamb and on to the 1,000 year reign of Jesus Christ on earth. This resurrection takes place fast, in the twinkling of the eye. The dead bodies of the saved will be resurrected out of their graves or wherever their remains are, and they will join with their spirit and get their new bodies and so will also them that are still alive when the rapture occurs. All this will happen super fast. Those saved who are alive and those which were dead shall meet each other in the air and go to meet with the Lord and all the saved family of God for the greatest party in history! “Behold, I show you a mystery; we shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed. In a moment, In the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, (the seventh tribulation trumpet) and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.” (I Corinthians 15: 51,52).The unsaved dead will not be resurrected until after the 1,000 years are finished. However if someone in hell receives Jesus, they can be released from hell.The unsaved will be resurrected for the Great White Throne Judgment! Those that have not received Jesus will be judged according to their works, and if their names are not found written in the Book of Life they will be cast into the Lake of Fire.

Verse 7-9) “And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison, And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea. And they went up on the breath of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city : and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them.” When the 1,000 years are ended, the devil is released out of the bottomless pit, and he goes out and gathers a great army of people who have not received Jesus and submitted to his rule in their hearts. They attack Jesus and the saints camped at Jerusalem. We studied about Gog and Magog in Revelation Chapter 19 which is symbolic of the forces of evil, and was even the land area of Russia before the Rapture. (See our class on Ezekiel Chapter 38,39) This time God rains down fire from heaven and devours them.

Verse 10) “And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.” The devil is cast into the lake of fire where the beast (the anti-Christ) and the false prophet are waiting for him, and they are tormented constantly.

Verse 11) “And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.” At this time even the heavens and earth flee away at the power and the presence of God.

Verse 12) “And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.” This is the resurrection of the unsaved dead from hell who stand before God to answer for their works that they did on this earth. God keeps books and records of what everybody does with their life.The saved get their bad records wiped clean when they receive Jesus as their Saviour, and his sacrifice on the cross and his blood, as payment for their sins. The unsaved have to answer for their sins. The Book of Life is a book that has the record of every ones life.

Verse 13-15)” And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.” This verse is talking about the resurrection of the unsaved dead. There may be different levels of hell at present according to peoples works. At the great white throne judgment it says death, and hell are thrown into the lake of fire, could this mean that all the levels of hell are cast into the lake of fire and they are combined together, where the devil and the anti-christ and the false prophet are? Could it be that during the thousand years that people will have another chance to get out of hell? Yes ! The Bible says “The Mercy of the Lord endures forever”, as it says 26 times in Psalms Chapter 136. Jesus went to preach to the spirits in prison in hell. “For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit: by which also he went and preached unto the spirits in prison; ” (I Peter 3:18,19). “For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale’s belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.” (Matthew 12: 40). Why did he do that if they could not have another chance? And everyone whose name was not found written in the book of life ( who had not received Jesus Christ in their hearts) will be cast into the lake of fire.

Verse 2) “And I John saw the holy city , new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.” This is our perfect eternal home where we will actually live with God, and Jesus, and the Holy Spirit and all the saved people forever. Maybe the reason that the Lord makes a new earth is because the old one will be in such a mess after the battle of Gog and Magog, or maybe because he is going to need more room for the Heavenly city, or maybe he just wants to start over without the devil being able to mess things up anymore forever. He may just renew the surface of the earth after melting it down. We shall see.

Verse 3) “And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.” One glimpse of his dear face, all sorrow shall erase. It will be worth it all when we see Jesus, the Holy One of Israel and His Maker, and the Holy Spirit. Amen?

We will also see all the saved family of God, and the people you won or helped win to Jesus!!!

Verse 4) “And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain; for the former things are passed away.” We will have our new bodies which never die or get old, or sick, or feel any pain.

Verse 5) “And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.” God is going to make everything new and perfect. “LET NOT your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my fathers house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.” (John 14:1-3). Some of the people in Heaven are working on your mansion, under the Lords supervision, and they are using the material that you send up there by your works here in this life. “Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal: For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.” (Matthew 6:19-21).

Verse 6) “And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.” God lives in the spirit world, another dimension that lasts forever. Where time does not exist, the eternal now. “God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.” (John 4:24). When we’ve been there 10,000 years bright shining as the sun, we’ve no less grace to sing God’s praise than when we first begun. The fountain of the water of life is God’s Holy Word. “Whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again: But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.” (John 4:13b,14). We will be learning from Jesus for all eternity. Are you thirsty for Jesus’s spiritual water of his Word?

Verse 7) “He that overcometh shall inherit all things: and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.” How do you overcome? By having faith in the blood of Jesus Christ, and by witnessing to show that you have faith. “And they over came him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.”( Revelation 12:11).

Verse 8) “But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.” This verse is talking about the people who rejected God’s Son, Jesus Christ and his salvation which he purchased for us by his death on the cross, and his shed blood to take away all of our sins. The second death takes place at the Great White Throne Judgment which we studied in Revelation Chapter 20.

Verse 9) “And there came unto me one of the seven angels which had the seven vials full of the seven last plagues, and talked with me, saying, Come hither, I will show thee the bride, the Lambs wife.” The bride is the church, the saved believers. The Lamb is Jesus Christ. “And looking unto Jesus as he walked, he saith, Behold the Lamb of God !” (John 1:36).

Verse 10) “And he carried me away in the spirit to a great and high mountain, and showed me that great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God.” Our new eternal heavenly home. Also symbolic of the bride, the saved Christian Believers, the True Church.

Verse 11) “Having the glory of God: and her light was like unto a stone most precious, even like a jasper stone, clear as crystal;” A Jasper stone is one of the clearest stones of God’s creation, and it is one of the foundation stones of the Heavenly City in Revelation Chapter 22.

Verse 12) “And had a wall great and high, and had twelve gates, and at the gates twelve angels, and names written thereon, which are the names of the twelve tribes of the children of Israel:” The angels are guardians of the gates that only allow the saved to go in and out of the city. You have to be a saved spiritual Jew to get in there. Galatians 3:29 states, “And if ye be Christ’s, then are ye Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.” Maybe you will have to show the angel at the gate your white stone with your new name in it to get in? “He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it. “ (Revelation 2:17)

verse 13) “On the east three gates; on the north three gates; on the south three gates; and on the west three gates.”There are a total of twelve gates, three on each side of the city.

Verse 14) “And the wall of the city had twelve foundations, and in them the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb.” These are the twelve disciples. Paul took the place of Judas. Jesus said to his disciples; “Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven.“ (Luke 10:20).

Verse 15,16) “And he that talked with me had a golden reed to measure the city, and the gates thereof, and the wall thereof. And the city lieth foursquare, and the length is as large as the breadth: and he measured the city with the reed, twelve thousand furlongs. The length and the breadth, and the height of it are equal.” God wants you to know exactly how big your new home is. The city is either a square or a pyramid. I believe it is shaped like a pyramid. All sides are each 12,000 furlongs in length. A furlong Is a distance of 220 yards, there are 3 feet in a yard. So 220 yards X 3 feet in a yard = 660 feet in a furlong. So 12,000 furlongs X 660 feet = 7,920,000 feet. So if you take 7,920,000 feet and divide 5,280 feet into it (The amount of feet in a mile) you get 1,500 miles. So the Heavenly City is 1,500 miles long and 1,500 miles wide, and 1,500 miles high. WOW ! How about that? PRAISE THE LORD !

Verse 17) “And he measured the wall thereof, an hundred and forty four cubits, according to the measure of a man, that is, of the angel.” A cubit is about 18 inches ( the distance from your elbow to the tip of your fingers), so 18 inches X 144 = 2,592 inches divided by 12 inches in a foot = 216 feet. So the wall around the city is around 216 feet high, and it is at least 1,500 miles long on each of the four sides. We don’t know how far the wall is from the actual City. The City behind the wall rises 1,500 miles high.

Verse 18) “And the building of the wall of it was of jasper: and the city was pure gold, like unto clear glass.” A Jasper stone is a beautiful multi colored polished stone. It was thought in ancient times to have healing powers and used to ward off snakes and spiders. The wall is made of Jasper and the city is pure gold, and it looks like clear glass.

Verse 19,20) “And the foundations of the wall of the city were garnished with all manner of precious stones. The first foundation was jasper; the second, sapphire; the third, a chalcedony; the fourth, an emerald; The fifth, sardonyx; the sixth, sardius; the seventh, chrysolite; the eighth, beryl; the ninth, a topaz; the tenth, a chrysoprasus; the eleventh, a jacinth; the twelfth, an amethyst.” Remember these precious stones are found in the foundations of the wall of the city. What a beautiful and amazing place to live !!!

Verse 21) “And the twelve gates were twelve pearls; every several gate was of one pearl: and the street of the city was pure gold as it were transparent glass.” Each side of the city has three huge gates which are each one a giant pearl. You will be able to walk right through it in your new body, just like Jesus did when he walked into the room, were the doors were locked and appeared to his disciples. (John 20:19,26).

Verse 22) “And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it.” There won’t be any need for any church buildings because God ,and Jesus, and the Holy Spirit, will be living in the city with us. There are different levels in Heaven, God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit probably live at the top or the apex of the pyramid where their central throne is possibly located. Someday they might come and visit you at your mansion for dinner. Wouldn’t you like to have your heavenly parents over for a visit and a nice meal?“Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.”(Revelation 3:20).

Verse 23) “And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon. To shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof.” It doesn’t say that the sun won’t be shining any more, but that there is no need of it in the Heavenly City, because God’s glory lights up everything and Jesus is the spiritual light of all.

Verse 24) “And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it.” There will be whole nations living out side the city. Kings will bring offerings and gifts into the city.

Verse 25) “And the gates of it shall not be shut at all by day: for there shall be no night there.” The city is open all the time for those who are allowed to enter in.

Verse 26,27) “And they shall bring the glory and honour of the nations into it. And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb’s book of life.” Only the saved can go into the city who’s sins are washed away by the blood of the Lamb,Jesus Christ. (I John 1:7). “And it shall come to pass, that every one that is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, the Lord of Hosts, and to keep the feast of tabernacles. And it shall be, that whoso will not come up of all the families of the earth unto Jerusalem to worship the King, the Lord of hosts, even upon them shall be no rain.” ( Zechariah 14:16,17). “And in that day there shall be no more the Canaanite in the house of the Lord of hosts.” (Zechariah 14:21b), Why? because all the saved will all have glorified new bodies like unto Jesus’s body. “Beloved now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.” (I John 3:2).

Verse 1,2) “AND HE showed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and the Lamb. In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.”These verses are symbolic, or literal, or both. I believe they are both, and that there is an actual river proceeding out of the throne of God, and the Lamb ( Jesus) and in the middle of the river is the tree of life for the healing of the nations. These verses also show us that God who is ever merciful wants to heal the nations. I believe that God won’t be satisfied until everyone is finally saved and his creation restored as he wanted even before the devil sinned.  (2 Peter 3:9 says; “The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is long suffering to us ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.” The river and the tree of life are also symbolic of God’s ever flowing Word. If you have ever seen a Banyan Tree you can get some bit of an idea of what this tree might look like. I once saw a tree on the island of Maui in Hawaii that took up a whole city block. However I’m sure that this tree spoken of in these verses is a whole lot bigger.

Verse 3,4) “And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him: And they shall see his face; and his name shall be in their foreheads.” The curse that God put upon the earth when Adam and Eve sinned will be removed. It says God will write his name in his servants foreheads. I don’t think this is talking about a tattoo, but more like God and his word will be on our minds and in our hearts, “But his delight is in the law of the Lord; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.” (Psalm 1:2). “Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you.” (John 15:3). We need to brain wash ourselves with the Word of God, and let God’s Word cleanse our hearts and minds. The best way to do this is to memorize the scriptures and live in the Word day and night.

Verse 5,6) “And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever. And he said unto me, These sayings are faithful and true: and the Lord God of the holy prophets sent his angel to show unto his servants the things which must shortly be done.” God’s light and glory will bring us light all the time. We won’t need to sleep. Who would want to sleep anyway with so many exciting and wonderful things happening. “Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.”  (Psalm 121:4). “But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.” (I Corinthians 2:9). The most wonderful and beautiful things that you could imagine are nothing compared to what God’s got in store for you that love him.

Verse 7-9) “Behold, I come quickly: blessed is he that keepeth the sayings of the prophecy of this book. And I John saw these things, and heard them. And when I had heard and seen, I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel which showed me these things. Then saith he unto me, See thou do it not: for I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren the prophets, and of them which keep the sayings of this book: worship God.” When Jesus comes he will come quickly. This prophecy was written around 90 A.D. and Jesus has still not come back yet. This amount of time is nothing to God who lives in the eternal now of the spirit world where a thousand years are like a day. However Jesus is getting ready to appear in the clouds of heaven and take all the saved to be with him, just as all the prophecy’s in the Bible predicted, and which are being fulfilled before our eyes everyday. God does not want us to worship Angels, or make statues of them, and pray to them, or make necklaces out of their likeness, because many of them are just people like you and me, full of mistakes, and faults and sins, but cleansed by the blood of Jesus.(1 John 1:7). You will be blessed by God if you keep the sayings of this book. The best way to keep these sayings is to give them away to as many people as you can.

Verse 10,11) “And he saith unto me, Seal not the sayings of the prophecy of this book: for the time is at hand. He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still.” God does not want us to say in our hearts Oh, I’m just going to wait until I get older or until I see all these end time events happening, then I’ll get right with God and start living for him. Our time is always at hand, in fact the Bible tells us that our life is but a vapor that appears for a little while then vanishes away, and that we have no guarantee of tomorrow.(James 4:14). If the Christians living back in John’s day new that Jesus wasn’t coming for around a couple thousand years they might have gotten a little discouraged. Jesus said “no man knoweth the day or hour of his return, not even the angels of heaven but my Father only.” (Matthew 24:36). However there are many signs being fulfilled in our life time now.

Verse 12-17) “And behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give everyman according as his work shall be. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last. Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city. For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie. I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star. And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will let him take the water of life freely.” Jesus is the beginning of God’s creation. The Bible tells us in Revelation 3:14 “These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God;”  ^“in whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins: who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:  for by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: and he is before all things, and by him all things consist. And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.  For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell; and, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven.” (Colossians 1:14-20). Our Heavenly rewards are based upon what we do in this life for Jesus Christ.Being born again is to be cleansed from our sins by asking Jesus to come into our heart and accepting him as your saviour who died for our sins, and rose from the dead. “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with thy mouth confession is made unto salvation.” (Romans10:9,10). The saved will be able to go into the city and even live there. Jesus not only created the royal lineage of King David but he was also born on this earth from it. Jesus is also symbolized by the bright and Morning star, the brightest star in the sky. Jesus does not force people to come to him and drink of the water of life of his word. He wants us to want him and his Word.

Verse 18-19)” For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, if any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues which are written in this book: And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book”. This is a very serious warning to not change GOD’S WORD or teach false doctrine. “If any man’s work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward. If any mans work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire.” (I Corinthians 3:14,15).”Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men  so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.” (Matthew 5:19). You can’t loose your salvation, but you can bring God’s chastisements down upon yourself. (Hebrews 12:1-11). Apparently teaching false doctrine is a very serious sin in the eyes of God. Are you sure that you want to teach the false doctrine of a works Salvation, or pre-tribulation rapture? You better make sure that what you are teaching is the truth, or you will receive the plagues written in this book. This is a very serious warning from the Lord ! The Lord does not want his children to be taught poisonous false doctrine ! Repent and change while you can !!!

Verse 20,21) “He which testifieth these things saith, ‘Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen. GRACE is a Gift Received At Christ’s Expense.

Say this prayer to be saved: Jesus, I want to know you, and to live forever in Heaven, I know I have made mistakes and done bad things- and I am sorry. Please forgive me. I know I don’t deserve it, but I accept your love and I accept you as my Saviour. I believe you died on the cross for my sins ,and rose from the dead. Please come into my heart and life and fill me with your Holy Spirit and give me your peace. Amen.
